Monte Baia Uludağ Hotel

The location was great with a fantastic view. There are many facilities inside including hairdresser, spa/swimming pool, ski rental room, restaurants, games rooms etc. There is also live music in evenings. The buffet food was good as well and staff were very helpful with gluten free food as partner is a coeliac.

Asena, the guest relations manager was extremely helpful when we had a small problem with our room and resulted it straight away by changing our room for us which we were grateful for.
The staff overall were very polite and nice.

We had a massage and Turkish bath in the sauna, the masseuses were fantastic and extremely helpful. Best massage we have ever had in any hotel.

The only thing that stood out for us, was the the ski rental room trying to pressure us for more skiing lessons and it felt like they were trying to make more money. They didn’t tell us where we could get ski passes from until we took another lesson. This information should be more easily accessible for future customers. However I don’t think this is a reflection of the hotel as a whole as we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in this beautiful and quiet hotel on December 31, 2023...and we enjoyed the New Year 2024 celebrations very much...it was a very, very wonderful party...and special...the services on this night by the hotel staff were wonderful and their treatment was very classy...so were the reception staff. They were always smiling and smiling. There was a wonderful employee who served us a lot. She spoke fluent English. It was 3 very wonderful nights in which we enjoyed a lot, especially in the massage department for us and the family. Thank you, wonderful people, for everything you gave us.

The nicest hotel at Uludag ski resort. Feels cozy like a small mountain shack, yet you have all the amenities of a full fledged 5-star hotel ⭐

I have to mention the Raclette restaurant inside the hotel - it is an excellent choice for a wonderful dinner arrangement. With it’s polite and incredibly helpful crew, it is a must-visit. You can reserve for a wonderful dinner at night. If the time is right, you will also get to enjoy the wonderful view from the restaurant 😉

My best Uludag experience so far. Staff was so kind and helpful, rooms were so clean. Open buffet was amazing. Live music was nice. We even tried bali massage and it was perfect. We had a great 3 day ski trip, def gonna come back!

Went to this hotel to use their ski track but was unable to use because of the weather conditions. Stayed in the hotel and the staff were very polite. Especially restaurant staff Ekrem was very helpful, 5-stars

We had briliant time there, good quality in the pist, food in a good diversity even for vegeterians and the open cafe is very nice place with a good view. I want to go there again

Good big hotel on the ski slope. Tasty food, very friendly service, especially the waiters.

Best hotel to stay in Uludag they .although it is the last and farthest hotel.but it has the privilege of all the other hotel from ski to snow mobiles.and other snow activities .the hotel indoor activities are enough for the kids .and then they have the woods near by w good for walks and there are nearby waterfalls .the food is also better than most of the other hotels .i tried several of them.the kids prefer this hotel

Great stuff, I only joined for lunch and skiing facilities, my friends stayed at the all inclusive for a few nights, they were satisfied.

Its a 5 star for me because the food is great rooms are nice atmosphere is lovely and staff is nice and there is two things i can complain about and those are price and there is too much kid in the hotel nothing can be done for the second but one can be fixed but still because its in the section two i think price is justified by the food and the service

Yıllardır geldiğim otel..Bunca senedir ne başka otel arayışım oldu ne de başka bir yere gitme ihtiyacım.Bu sene geldiğimde yaşadığım hüsranı anlatamam.Kaldı ki uludağda bu sene kar olmamasına rağmen her sene geldiğim otelden vazgeçmek istemedim yine.
Ama Arap turistin çokluğu ve özellikle sabah kahvaltısında elleriyle dereotu alan versiyonlarını da gördükten sonra zaten otomatik olarak soğudum.Çalışan garson arkadaşlara da belirttim durumu.Buna izin verilmemesi gerekir.
Üstüne üstlük herşey dahil konseptin kalkması alkol ve sıcak içeceklerin ücretli olması kış oteli konseptini de bitirdiklerini gösteriyor.
Nurullah bey ve aracımızı karşılayan arkadaşlar ve 1-2 tanıdık garson yani eskilerden çalışan arkadaşlar olmasa çekilecek yanı kalmamış.
Umarım hem gelen insan konseptiniz hem de herşey dahil kış oteli konseptiniz değişir de ,6 seneden sonra bana başka otel aratmazsınız.
