Kaya Uludag

The overall experience was excellent. It was our wedding anniversary, the staff overheard us talking about it and we were given a special table at dinner and also a fruit plate and wine to our room. The staff are very friendly all around. All rooms have one double and one single bed, which is great for families with small children. Access to the ski slopes is straight from the hotel. Ski lessons are very affordable and the ski coaches were very friendly. We definately will be coming again.

Everything was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and kind. The food was consistenly delicious. However, I do have one comment about associates and house keeping staff that have keys to all rooms, it is better to wait a few moments after knocking before going inside the room. I was in the room every time they entered before waiting for my reply.
Everything else was great. The singer in the lobby, the location, the spa and pool. Will for sure come back again.

It was an outstanding experience we had in Kaya Hotel Uludağ. We travelled for our daughters birthday and stayed for two nights. We did skiing and also spent time at the SPA. I do suggest this hotel to everyone who wants to rest and also have fun in Uludağ.

As soon as you arrive you realise you have made the right choice. As you enter the grand reception you are greeted by Hakan, with a heart felt warm welcome. Up to the room,we had 2 adults and two boys 12 and 15. Room was spacious clean and looked out over the slopes.

Down to the bar, all drinks fully inclusive every cocktail you can imagine. On to the restaurant fantastic buffet with meats salads and sushi.

Then to the boot room, where your boots are fitted and your skis selected.

Then the first day of skiing, down to the boot room, staff put your boots on for you (and take them off at the end of the day), then on the piste, 30 second float to the lift which takes you off into the mountains.

Cannot recommend Kaya enough, amazing!!

All good and beautiful, quality services in the hotel. Staff attentive to customers. For me, however, it was extremely hot in the whole building as well as in the room, excessively hot.
At the price paid per room the loker room for winter gear could have been free or at a reduced price for hotel guests

On my trip in Istanbul my friend told me of this hotel to come and spend the day skiing. It was delighted at the hotels, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were amazing. And the views of Bursa below are unbelievable! I loved this place, though there was not enough snow to ski we had plenty of time to explore the town and we ate the full buffet (included in the hotel price). You should definitely stay her!

We had a great ski stay with a family of two kids 4 and 5.
The room was very spacious with one confortable double bed and two single bed .
We received a nice welcome pack : wine, fruits plate and snacks.
The check-in process was very fast with a nice welcome and calrifications in english by Serkan by. He was very helpful.
The kids club is nice also.
All the ski staff and monitors were super helpful.
The all inclusive bar is also very nice with great cocktails.

Amazing time overall. Very clean hotel, delicious food, super helpful and positive staff and ideal for families with kids. Loved skiing with such amazing instructors. Special thanks to Ihsan, Fatih, Ali, Tunç and everybody at the skiing room. Our 3 year old had a great time at kids club, enjoyed some swimming time too. The guest relations manager Serkan made us feel very welcome and operations manager Hakan showed us a great time. Thank you to chef Özkan for delicious food. Thank you to all waiters, what an amazing service. We are definitely coming back.

Mr. Hakan was really a helpful Manager in the hotel and he did his best to satisfy us as he speaks well English.

My visit to this hotel was very nice and the staff were very good with me and very welcoming, also they have a lot of good fratures like free bar,breakfast,lunch, and dinner.

I recently visited KAYA ULUDAG HOTELS which is located in Bursa, I went there for leisure and it turned out to be an amazing experience. I met some interesting people and the locals were very friendly, helpful and responsive. I'm grateful for the opportunity to visit Kaya Uludag Hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

It’s been my first visit with a family and we have been treated exceptionally. Good quality food , great attentive staff and whats more important kids room where we could leave kids for a while and they were happy. Our room was clean. As our son had a temperature he had received immediate aid. You cannot expect more. We were all satisfied and have the best memories now.

This hotel just perfect for family time. There was program for all of us. Workers so kind with you, do all best for each person with all heart. They know everyone and remember your favorite things to do and your preference in food and drink. Here our family take attention from them in 4 language. And swimming pool so nice after a hard day of skiing. Food is nice, atmosphere best for skiing holiday, and energy here so nice.
