The food was nice and the staff are very nice especially arif who took really good care of us :)

This place exceeded my expectations! The hotel was like a five stars one, really big with so many rooms and so many facilities. The room I booked was soooooo spacious, clean and warm and the view from the window was stunning. Food service was the BEST. I could not help enjoying just looking at the different varieties of food every meal. Also, the staff were so professional, they do their best to make you enjoy your stay especially Mr Erden.
The one thing I didn't like is the attitude of the people in the ski renting shop but I don't know if that's within the hotel. All in all, I would love to go there again and I strongly recommend Karinna hotel to anyone going to uludag

The location is perfect in the heart of Uludag in Turkey. The restaurant provide full board with variety of food during breakfast, lunch and dinner (Turkish cuisine). During our stay, Tahsin Bagceci provide us a very professional and excellent services in the restaurant.

Staff were the best part of this hotel, excellent reception, excellent restaurant people and amazing ski school instructors, this hotels rooms were also really good. Compared to bof, this one certainly is better for sure, the staff in bof are absolutely terrible. This hotel is amazing compared to them.

İ love the large rooms with a double and single bed, a tv, and sitting area. Bathroom is new and clean. Plenty of space to hang and store your clothes. Free bottles of water and a mini bar.

This hotel offers all inclusive breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea hour, and midnight soup. All are buffet style, and the selections are amazingly rich and plentiful. I loved the food here. However, I can imagine the dining experience can be off during peak season if the hotel is fully booked.

Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a free ski valet who will store your skis and boots while you dine, and overnight; and even help you take off your boots. You are not permitted to walk around in the hotel in your ski boots.

There is valet parking service if it's crowded. The only problem with driving here is the roads and parking spaces are not cleared off snow well. Snow tires are recommended.

Very clean, big and light rooms. Super price on AI formula - 650TL=103$.
Food was fresh everyday. Free parking. Good for ski-funs.
