My experience was awful. I had my son's hair cut here, or at least tried to. The hair dresser, despite there being a section for children, did not know how to communicate with kids at all. His approach was ridiculous-I should have taken my son away then. In the end, he made my little boy cry and hate his hair cut. My son got so upset, that I appologized, but told the hairdresser to stop, took my son with patches in his hair and hair stuck to his face from crying & took him somewhere else - a place I have been going to since. I know the problem wasn't my son as he is an easy-going child who actually loves to get a nice haircut. This was such a disappointent.
