Our second time around at this hotel and loved it as much as the first. Amazing, clean and spacious apartments. Super friendly staff all around and great entertainment program. Great services to get to Kusadasi and most important, it feels very safe with our kids here. Thanks to all staff for a great holiday and a special thanks to Jesse for making our holiday extra special.

5 stars

Our family of 5 had an amazing time at Wyndham Residences Kusadasi Golf & Spa Turkey. Our 3 boys, aged 14, 12, and 10, were entertained from start to finish.

The resort is huge, with something for everyone. There are multiple pools, including a water park, a variety of restaurants, a kids club, and a golf course. We never had a dull moment.

Our boys loved the water park and the main pool. We also enjoyed the spacious and well-appointed apartments and the great location of the resort.

The food at the resort was excellent. There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and everything we tried was delicious. We especially enjoyed the fresh seafood and Turkish specialties.

The kids club was great for our boys. They made new friends and participated in a variety of activities.

We also took advantage of the resort's spa, which was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The evening entertainment at the resort was also great, especially the fire show.

The staff at the resort was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Overall, we had an amazing time at Wyndham Residences Kusadasi Golf & Spa Turkey. It's the perfect place for a family vacation.

Here are some specific things that our family loved:

The apartments were spacious and well-appointed.
The location of the resort was great.
The staff at the resort was friendly and helpful.
The evening entertainment was great, especially the fire show.
We would highly recommend Wyndham Residences Kusadasi Golf & Spa Turkey to any family looking for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Apartment room was gorgeous spacious and clean! Food although no lots of choice was very nice and fresh not many Gluten Free options but everything had qr codes with all ingredients listed. Lots of pools and sunbeds to choose from and plenty of bars around the resort so drinks are easy to come by. Animations team Jesse, Emre, Smaylo and the curly hair guy with glasses all super friendly and engaging with both adults and kids of all ages. Plenty of fun things to do if you choose to join in but no pressure if you don't want to.

All in all all a lovely holiday 😊

Apartments - We're in a 3 bedroom apartment in the Pines section of the complex.
Two big balconies upstairs and downstairs.
TV in the two double rooms and in the lounge area.
Double rooms are en suite.
There is plenty of drawer and cupboard space.
WiFi is good enough to run Disney+, Netflix, etc.
Beds are absolutely solid. Had to ask for another duvet to act as a mattress topper, but it still isn't very comfortable.
Big fridge freezer, kettle, iron, and ironing board are available in the apartment, as well as a washing machine.
The hot tub on the upper balcony isn't turned on.

Food - I'd read a few reviews complaining about the food in the main food hall, so I was apprehensive about it, but it's been brilliant! There's loads of different options to choose from, and I would recommend that you have a wee walk around each night to see what is on offer before filling your plate.
The pool bars offer cheeseburgers, pizza, chicken, etc, and these are all very tasty, too.
Beer on tap is Efes, which is really good, and there's various wines and prosecco as well as your usual spirits available.
Fruit concentrate machines are self-service, and the fizzy juices are dispensed by staff.

Staff - The majority of staff are very nice and do their jobs very efficiently.
The exception to that rule was this young idiot down at the beach bar who would clash things about and just seem pretty angry with everything. He bumped into my son on purpose a couple of times. My boy just laughed at him about how pathetic he was behaving, but said idiot will get a pretty severe comeuppance from someone with a shorter tolerance if that's his usual demeanour.

The shop on site is ridiculously expensive, well aware that they have a captive audience with the nearest supermarket being 5 miles away.

In summary, it is a really nice place with really good food and a vast majority of nice staff.

Good place to stay. Good service and facilities. The resort was ok. But very hilly so if you need to push a wheelchair, pushchair etc you might what to think about a car to get around, as the resort is a bit out of town. The resort does have a beach shuttle and town shuttle but little times etc.
Possibly stay again not to sure..

I can echo everything good that has been forwarded. However one thing that hasn't been mentioned are the cleaners. I must say a massive thank you to our cleaner Hazall. Not only was she excellent at her job but she was thoughtful and considerate. Sometimes we forget how important this role is. Thank you Hazall 😊

We've just returned from a week at the Wyndham Residences Kusadasi Resort.
The staff are fantastic. The bar & wait staff, the pool attendents and the reception staff are all excellent. All helpful and friendly. The staff set this place apart from others - especially Jesse from the entertainment team. A super guy who both kids and adults love. I hope the management realise how important he is to the guests experience.
This is a large development with something like 15 pools in about 3-4 different areas.
Each area has a pool bar so you are never far from a drink or a snack. The main pool area is busy with music, activities and most of the children but the Oaks & Pines pools are quieter for those who'd prefer that. There is also a free shuttle to the beach where the hotel has yet another bar next to the ocean. Book tickets the day before.
The food is plentiful but I found a little similar each day. The outside BBQ area and the pied/pizzas made the best mains. The salads were fresh and varied. Saturday night was kebab night!
Drinks were free flowing and the local spirits and beer were perfectly acceptable.
If you want to get out of the complex it is a taxi (or the beach shuttle) so it's not ideally situated but the advantage of that is some great views!
The nightly entertainment was pretty good. Mongolian circus and the fire show being the best. These take part in a dedicated theatre, so the bars are quiet at this time of you don't fancy watching.
Thanks again to all the staff. Teşekkürler Jesse.

Just had a fantastic 2week family holiday at this hotel. Staff were friendly always happy to help. We had a junior suite in a block called Eagle. Very clean and spacious for the 4 of us. Suite was clean and the cleaners came in every other day, both girls were lovely. Even had a washing machine which has made unpacking at home a dream 😀.
The resort is a bit hilly and my elderly mother did find the walking up hills slightly hard, but she never complained just took her time. The choice of pools was great if you didn’t fancy the main pool with the games and music you could always find a quieter one.
Wasn’t impressed by the beach, but others liked it.
The Animation team were great, not in your face like other hotels I’ve been too.
They all work so hard, it was nice to sit down with them ans actually have conversations with them Metin, Wally, Ece, Egzi, Emre and Jesse were really nice.
Getting into the town centre was east, cabs get ordered at the hotel,
Only downside was the waiting when you wanted to come back, but no longer than 25mins. Hotel slightly further out than ive stayed in before so no buses went up, cabs only option.
Over all I’d recommend this hotel. Loved our stay, loved our holiday.

Just coming to the end of a 2 week holiday here, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the washing machine in the apartment has been a god send with children.
Although we wouldn't need to make use of the kitchen due to being all inclusive the fact there's a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher but absolutely zero crockery or utensils is a little odd.
The on site supermarket is ridiculously expensive, for example a packet of crisps was 75TL as opposed to 20TL in the nearest migros supermarket, I'd definitely recommend visiting one at the beginning of your stay for snacks and any toiletries you may need for the duration of your stay.
Nothing is within walking distance and everything requires a taxi.
The city centre of kusadasi is about 30 mins drive And 425 TL.
The on site taxi service is pretty good and each driver has his own card he'll give you and will come back to collect you provided you give him notice, having no services as it's expensive in Turkey any member of staff wherever you may be is normally always willing to help call on your behalf.
We were staying in the pines and during the day mainly stayed around the pool there.
All the pool snack bar staff on the pines were super friendly and helpful.
Also the housekeepers who cleaned our rooms (we had 2 rooms) were absolutely amazing and couldn't be any more helpful even on the days they weren't due as it was every other day they'd always say hello and ask if anything was needed for example maybe water or toilet roll so a special mention to Elif and Dilek for being so helpful.

We just stayed here for 9 nights and i can honestly say we were impressed from day one. Place is spotless, awesome variety of food and plenty of it. The service from the team is brilliant. A special mention to the chap that worked in the indoor pool , his name was something like Gokhan. So helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Even the taxis outside, the service is just awesome. Only complaint would be the cost of the green fees at the golf course, very expensive. Overall a very pleasant holiday and we will be back for sure

I stayed here with my husband and 3 children for a week in July 2023. The journey from the airport took about 2hours roughly. Upon arrival, we were checked in quickly and they said we could eat at the restaurant as it is open till 3am! We were too tired once we got to our room and decided we would just wake up for breakfast as we're staying AI. We had to climb about 6 flights of stairs as we were on the top floor! We got used to this quickly but would have been difficult for any person with mobility issues as they have no rooms with accessible lifts. They have 2 lifts in the main hotel area from the lobby to the restaurant area but none for the rooms. Our room was really nice and spacious for us as a family of 5. The bathrooms could be better! The A/C wasn't working on the top floor, called reception who sent someone to fix it to no avail. We waited 2 days but still couldn't be fixed. 3rd day and still wasn't fixed so had to report to Guest Relations. They were brilliant and got it sorted for us straight away and even asked if they could do anything for us! My husband politely refused! Next day we asked for them to sort our Jacuzzi out but they couldn't which was fine! For my birthday they sent us a bottle of wine (don't drink 😑), fruit and an invitation to dine at the A La Carte restaurant which is at the main bar. This was a lovely meal and different to eating in the buffet restaurant. We really enjoyed this meal as it was your traditional Turkish cuisine! The baklava was to die for - delicious! My children wanted to stay at the main pool as that's where they could join in with all the games and play on the slide when it was open. There are other pools and snack bars around that are a bit quieter if that's what you prefer. U need to get there early if u want sunbeds but the pool guy does help and moves sunbeds for u if needed! There was lots of food, breakfast - omelettes, fruit, croissants etc buffet lunch - grilled food, curries, chips, snack bar where my daughter, who is a very fussy eater had cheese pizza and chips every day! There were lots of desserts to choose from and lots of fruit! Ice-cream was really nice too which was available from 12-4pm. Then they had cakes/cookies but I never tried them as I was too full! Dinner had a different theme every night which was nice. Lots of choice - freshly grilled food and buffet! My children liked the different desserts they made fresh in front of u! The watermelon juice was delish! They even give u the turkish yoghurt drink which my husband really liked. The evening entertainment was brilliant. My children loved the kids disco as the girl (long brown hair) always included them even though they were slightly older. She is a brilliant dancer too! The amphitheatre for the entertainment is set out really nicely and there was lots of room for all the guests! Better layout than what we have seen in Turkey before. Jesse was funny too and always managed to get the crowd going! My children really enjoyed this hotel as they like staying in a resort! We don't really venture out as we want to relax when we come on holiday and have everything in once place. We did some excursions via Joseph at the hotel. If we have the chance to visit again we would definitely rebook!

We have just got home from a 10night stay here, I don’t often leave reviews but I feel this place needed one.
The whole place is clean and tidy, staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
The main pool area has daytime activities for all ages, the pools by our room were peaceful and lifeguards are on duty nearly all day, the snack bars are great.
The entertainment team were fantastic, something for all ages! My youngest is 14 and eldest 20… the fire show was absolutely brilliant!
The food was good, nothing extraordinary but good, the only downfall for us was that if you didn’t get to the buffet early then there did seem to be a lack of fresh food.. I feel they need to look into this and ensure food is topped up more.
I loved the location, we did visit kusadasi centre via taxi from outside reception, the driver was great asked us to give him a call 20mins beforehand and he would be back to get us.
NETTE water sports were fantastic! Big shout out to Joseph, he wasn’t pushy at all and we really enjoyed the activities we booked.
My husband played golf and really enjoyed the course, green fees a little bit pricey but if you want to play then I guess u just pay.
We all had massage treatments in the spa and these were awesome and fantastic value for money, you can haggle them down on price! I would highly recommend the mixed massage for 60mins.
We also did diving and a boat trip via regal holidays and these trips did not disappoint!
Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely go back.

Just stayed here for 2 weeks has had such a lovely time!
First off all would like a to mention emir wally and Jessy from the animation team you made our holiday and was all brilliant interacting and making everyone join in on games so thank you very much!
Entertainment shows on a night were outstanding really really enjoyed it!
Don't think there's really that many negative things to say. Didn't reckon too much to the food I have 2 fussy children and was hard finding them things to eat on an evening. Location not brilliant but not bad if you book meal in kussadasi they will pick you up and drop off which was good!
Overall was lovely holiday thank you Wyndham residence golf and spa for our lovely holiday!

Lovely place for a family holiday. We went for an all inclusive package and food was available almost anytime of the day. Great selection of variety of cuisine, salads and desserts. Lovely views around. Might need a car if you want to go outside to different places (e.g kusadasi town, markets, beach etc)

Staff are lovely and always helpful. Loved the poolside bar and drinks. Kids were delighted with singing and dancing activities they have every night.

Overall great experience with the place.
