ibis Adana

We were served a phenomenal supper with a main course of roast beef and mashed eggplant. I wish I had room to finish it all! It was by far nicer than the buffets we had at 5 star hotels. Ibis Adana is a smaller, cozier vibe and I love it! The rooms are neat and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful!

I am an Indonesian who came to Turkey for the first time and my first time in the city of Adana, but I had a very pleasant experience, especially when staying at this hotel for 42 days, although as i write this, i have only stayed for 17 days :)
The service was very pleasant, especially there were restaurant staff who always greeted us every morning when we had breakfast, he was even there when we ate in the afternoon..
I was also impressed by one of the very kind receptionists, who helped me, my husband and my friends look for tickets until we had to go around looking from one bus agent to another for a holiday to another city, even guided us to take the bus after he finished work, the employee's house was in the apartment near M1 Mall..
And at the Ibis Hotel the food is also quite delicious, the Chef makes the food with all her heart so the food tastes very good..

Mehmet and the rest of the staff at the hotel were so helpful and patient. They saved me in a pinch, found myself in Adana due to a travel snafu and they gave me a nice room with great service for a very reasonable price. I will definitely stay next time I'm in Adana.

Breakfast is always nice in the lobby is very clean and offers different food selections. Throughout our stay Mehmet has been very attentive and nice individual. My only complain here is if you have back problems you will not be able to have a good nights rest the bed mattress is of the lowest quality and my first night here my back seized up it took 3 days for my body to get use to this mattress.

I want to give my best review for this hotel, especially for Mr. Sedat who is very nice and very helpful with me and my friends, who is very friendly and willing to provide his time to help us.. And 1 more, for Mr. Mehmet, thank you for always serving delicious food for us, very friendly and very helpful to us especially for those of us who don't speak Turkish, good English skills from Mr. Sedat and Mr. Mehmet really helped us... I also want to thank all the hotel staff who were very kind and very friendly during our 42 days stay, this was a very pleasant experience for us who were visiting Turkey and the city of Adana for the first time..

This hotel is honestly a godsend. I needed a place that was clean, “Americanized” but lowkey, and bonus points if there was food available — this place far exceeded my expectations. The workers here are all multilingual and the whole process was seamless (they have a LOT of food here, like seriously haha it’s a full blown hotel experience). The guy always helping me with my orders and other requests was Mehmet - he’s great. All around 10/10

Mehmet served me on the first floor. I ordered pasta and tea. Mehmet was very polite and attentive. A pleasant and responsive man. The food arrived quickly. Many thanks to him! Five stars out of five.

The hotel prepared dinner for our group of 25, and it was amazing! The beef with pureed eggplant was memorable, as was the tiramisu with sherbet for dessert. Mehmet and his crew served us efficiently and graciously! Highly recommended!

It's just perfect for 1-2 night stays. Tidy and quiet rooms with comfortable beds, enough amenities, always close to the city center and if you are lucky, you may get an underground parking within the hotel building.

Breakfast is abundant and delicious. Good options for vegetarians.

Price per night is reasonable with some variation based on the location. For instance Ibis in Izmir costs almost 40% more per night compared to Ibis in Adana.

Adana is a beautiful city. The hotel is on a good location. Really close to büyük saat, Atatürk park and the mosque. Also Mehmet who works in the restaurant is really kind and helpful!

Mehmet, a polite hotel employee. Hotel with a good location, clean rooms, tasty breakfast, only the bathrooms require a little renovation.

Can’t believe it’s only a 3 star hotel; the facilities are excellent for a quick stay. I also stayed at a nearby hotel which was supposedly 4 stars but it was horrible - so I’m pleasantly surprised by this hotel!

Check in didn’t take too long. The rooms were clean and the towels too. Some rust/old stains in the shower door area but the bathroom was clean. No small hotel goodies like take-home shampoo, ear buds or soap, but hand soap and body soap/shampoo dispensers are available in the bathroom.

Location is very convenient as it is close to the airport and about 0.5 to 1km from nice cafes, restaurants and stores. Ataturk park is close by too.

And for once, this was my first hotel in Türkiye in which the rooms did not smell like cigarette smoke.

Would come again!
