Beautifully restored bathhouse turned restaurant with delicious and beautifully plated dishes and top notch service. One of the top meals we’ve had in Turkey and we’ve had many incredible meals in our month of traveling the wonderful country. Very highly recommended!

This place is amazing and great value for money (yes it is quite expensive, but the quality of the food is totally worth it). The staff are fabulous) and speak English), the food very tasty and plentiful, and the atmosphere and decor simply wonderful.

Beautiful place to dine. We loved this place. The place was an old turkish bath converted to a restaurant. The food is incredible here. There are so many different types of dishes its hard to choose what to have! The staff are very polite and attentive. This is one place in Diyarbakir you must try. Its right opposite the Hasan Pasa Inn and Suluklu Han which are two of the historic places in the city.

Great restaurant! There was an english speaking waiter, really helpful and friendly. And two more girls, running around because restaurant was full, but they always served us immediately, when we asked something. Food was delicious. We let them surprice us with the varieties of local specialities.

I had a pleasant experience tasting liver kebab there. The atmosphere in the restaurant is superb. The prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly.

Best in the town. They retouched to traditional food which brings dishes to another level. If you wish to taste most famous at once I would recommend “Asci Tabagi” It is a plate with small portions of most famous dishes. Highly recommended.

I think this is the best restaurant in Diarbakır!!!
Located in the heart of the city. It also is an historical building it used to be a Turkish Hamam. Food was so good that in the morning we went for breakfast and came back to have dinner in the evening!

None of the food I ate at this restaurant was tasteless. The staff is quite courteous. Modernity and tradition are combined in its architecture and decoration. The service is usually fast, but there may be delays due to the density. It would be helpful to make a reservation, otherwise there is a queue waiting for you outside the restaurant. It may vary by time and day. I remember waiting outside for about 15 minutes.

An examplery piece of toughtful restoration. One of the most beatuiful restaurant interiors I have seen so far, there is an intense blend of function with materials black stone, copper and wood. Best place to taste local food in Sur District.
