El Mouradi Palace

I thoroughly enjoyed my 5-night stay at El Moradi Palace. It undeniably deserves its 5-star rating. The hotel offers exceptional service with a staff of genuinely kind and multilingual individuals. Whether in the restaurant, pool, sauna, or massage services, the staff demonstrated remarkable tolerance and respect. The well-maintained garden, intricate architectural designs, and beautiful paintings on the walls added to the overall charm. The rooms were not only spotlessly clean but also thoughtfully designed with ample space. Even fellow guests contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. The variety of swimming pools, catering to different needs, further enhanced the overall experience.

A very nice hotel with lots of friendly staff. They were really nice and kind. I arrived around midnight and they kept food for me, I was really happy not to go to sleep with an empty stomach. This is a really nice gesture.
Gym is a payable one and I find this a bit too much because the gym is free in most of the hotels I have stayed in but it is written on the site so no surprise. It would be nice if the gym is free.
I recommend this hotel to stay if you are in Sousse 🙂

Staff very helpful, no stress about anything, they explain everything. Waiters in restaurants great , house keeping very helpfull and kind. Clean, pool is very clean and maintained. Overall one great experience , I had a feeling like I was at my home .

Fantastic value for money.
Lets do the bad bits first - trying to get the rooms sorted at reception was stressful at first as a lot of people with issues.
The carpets in the halls in the 700 were thread bare in areas. Everywhere was a little outdated.
The good parts - what a great hotel! it was such good value. Lovely sea view, beds made and clean towels daily, staff couldn't do enough for you, at meal times they would want you to sit in their areas with such great service, I believe one gentleman was called Algrajaila, brilliant service.
I think the beach vendor called Karimuse was funny and a great character, the older guy at the beach bar was great, quickly learnt what we liked and started bringing drinks down to the beach for us, great staff!
The food was good, lots of variety with some good same food daily, each meal time had a few food items cooked in front of you and the meal times were good so not too many people all at once trying to get food.
The grounds of the hotel always looked great, the staff more than helpful, the room was good enough.
There wasn't too many English people there which wasn't a bad thing.
The guy selling jewellery at the hotel was lovely, my partner had a lovely massage at the hotel.
The entertainment was good with music by the pool and evening activities but was good as it wasn't too much

The hotel workers are very attentive and concerned that everything is fine. The animation group is amazing; They are very friendly and helpful. The activities they do to entertain tourists are very good. They are the best. :)

Very polite staff, great location, the beach very nice, daily cleaning. A part o the hotel is renovated, in the other part the furniture needs refurbishing. A great vacantion!

Really nice place. It's nearby the beach. Food was adorable, and you get for every meal a different meal then the previous dish.

The service was really good , food was nice and lots of choice, The hotel was quiet as I went late november. My room was beautiful and I had a view of the pool and the sea. I can not fault any of the staff as they were all wonderful. I had treatments at the spa and the staff therewere amazing too. I would go back again in a hertbeat. Thank you to all who looked after me. I hope to come back in February. The receptionists were beyond wonderful.

I stayed in several El mouradi here in Sousse and they very much all have a nice service and awesome food and located right on the beach, the palace in particular and don't forget to check out their thalasso services that have high standards and are reasonably priced

I recommend it 👌 Nice place with beautiful beach. Good service 👍 You can practice many activities like swimming, tennis 🎾 and running 🏃‍♀.

Absolutely loved our time here, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The animation team kept us occupied too.

We liked the hotel, it is very cosy and the service was excellent, clean rooms, althroug the hotel has old design, but very well preserved, simple and basic 5 stars hotel, we will come back again!

This hotel was excellent. The animators Nassim , Baha , Wael, Rbia so kind, funny and very good dancer. I definetely recommend it!
