El Mouradi Palm Marina

A beautifully spaced out hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. The restaurant buffet food has always been delicious and freshly made. It has its own beautiful private beach which is always nice and clean. There is jet skiing, parachuting (pulled by a speedboat), horse riding on the beach....about 100 metres from the hotel. The front garden area for smokers is nicely laid out with plenty of greenery.

A great location with a nice clean sand beach. I was very supprised with the customer service, the waiters were extremly polite, they even have a waiter on the beach. The hotel food is great and for different kinds of taste, I suggest to try everything. The hotel has some staff that organizes different activitys during the day (archery, voleyball etc.) wich is great.
The evening animations are fun aswell.
Altho some of the rooms could be renovated and the room service could be just a bit better to keep up with the 5* standard and the hall in the 2nd floor of the right wing (@room numbers 300+) could use a good cleaning since there was a strange odor in the hall. All the other halls smelled nice.
Overall a great experience and would recommend to visit.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, good atmosphere, delicious food and beautiful beach. We had a nice room in the renovated side which was very spacious and cleaned each day. The pool area is very clean and we always found free sunbeds. The beach is nice and clean. There are two bars in the garden where you can drink or get some freshly grilled meat. The main restaurant has great variety of food, the waiters are very helpful. There are animation programmes the whole day. The shows on Republic day were unforgettable. A bit missing entertainment possibilities for adults in the evening, only one billiard and ping pong are available. Overall it exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend the hotel.

After many trips to Tunisia, this hotel delighted us. Built in Hispano-Moorish style close to the marina at Port el Kantaoui, dotted with gardens leading to a beach of fine sand, the El Mouradi Palm Marina is the ideal hotel for a relaxing holiday. We were delighted with the relaxing atmosphere in the entire part of the hotel, such as the lobby area, around the pool and the beach. We were most satisfied with the service of the staff at the hotel, their exceptional kindness delighted us. From the reception, organization of excursions, restaurants ( extremely friendly and professional waiters, congratulations ), entertainment by the pool and on the beach as well as in the evenings, the whole team delighted us. The hotel offer is rich and varied. Reception, main buffet restaurant (a variety of extremely delicious food, Tunisian and Mediterranean, a large selection for all palates, all praise to the chef), several other restaurants, Moorish cafe, 3 bars, outdoor pool (1392m2), outdoor pool for children (72m2), indoor pool with a separate area for children, thalasso center (Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, massages, beauty treatments), fitness, congress center, market, souvenir shop, night club, laundry, possibility to rent a car, wireless internet at the reception (no extra charge), entertainment. The hotel is air-conditioned. Umbrellas, sunbeds and mattresses (no extra charge, subject to availability), beach or pool towels (deposit). In the entire area of the pool and the beach, all inclusive service of drinks and food, which delighted us. The rooms are nicely decorated, they are a bit retro, but that does not diminish the wonderful atmosphere of the stay. We felt good and had a great time.Thank you for everything.

Deserve to be a 5 star hotel, but rooms need to be upgraded. Services, food, managers, employees, and animation team are all fantastic and excellent 😀

All the hotel staff were very warm and friendly, they couldn't do enough for us. The food was gorgeous, with so much to choose from. This was our first time in Tunisia and we will definitely be going back and will definitely be staying at the El Mouradi Palm Marina.

Service at the Hotel is really good, they are soo kind and good to guests. Rooms are a little old, but it’s not that bad. Food is fantastic. I highly recommend this place!!!

I stayed in this hotel with my family in July 2019 and we had a great time. The beach and the hotel swimming pool are beautiful and very clean. The food is delicious and the staff are always so kind and warm. There were all kinds of fun activities and the employees that organised these activities were fantastic and so creative.

I would like to highly recommend this hotel. Service is excellent and the staff are so kind, rooms are clean, food is delicious and for everyone’s taste. Animations is great and you will never be bored there.

Hotel was very nice, not new but for Tunisia it was great. Water in a bottle you can get at the bar. Animation team is there all the time. There is a pharmacy in hotel. The peopel are very nice, but they work very slow 😊 I enlosed picture what you can get for all incl. You have to go before 8 AM to the pool or beach to reserve the place there, because if you come after 9 or 10 it will be all full. I ate salads, fruits, i washed my teath with their water and nothing was wrong. But one person from our group got diarea after one trip to Tunis. Aprox. 18 o clock the pool area begins to close, but i think you can swimm there till 19 o clock. You can change mony at reception. With taxi you can get to marina, there are many shops and restaurants. One pack of cigartes costs aprox. from 4-7 dinar, taxi to marina costs 10 dinar. 3.3 dinar are 1 EUR.

El Mouradi Palm Marina hotel is located near Port el Cantaoui and 14 km from ancient town of Sousse. This is a five star resort with all inclusive service - everything is great. Hotel is beautiful, designed in traditional yet modern moorish style with lot of amazing details like lanterns, decorative ceiling, wooden carvings, pillars... Gardens, atrium and ambience are full of exotic flowers, etheric herbs, trees and mediterranean shrubs. Swimming pool is fantastic. Sand beach is spaceous and open, equipped with longers and sunshades. Lot of entertainment and fun on the beach and also in hotel premises. Resort personnel are discreet but always present and kind. French language is usually spoken in Tunisia and tips are desirable.

Nice hotel. There is pharmacy and store in the hotel. Water you can get at bar, for free. Food was very nice. You can take taxi to the marina. There is also hard rock cafe near by...
