The Residence Tunis

We stayed here for 4 nights in mid September, and it was a special experience. The food at the restaurant for dinner was great - the breakfast served to guests each morning was superb. And hands down the best pool in all of Northern Africa, and one of the best in the world. We had a fantastic time here and would definitely recommend!

My recent stay at The Residence Tunis was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was treated to a level of service and hospitality that exceeded my expectations, complemented by outstanding cuisine that left an indelible mark on my palate. This was truly a memorable and remarkable experience.

The staff's knowledge of the property and its amenities was impressive, and they were always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering local recommendations, or simply ensuring that I had everything I needed, their dedication to providing an unparalleled guest experience was evident.

We went on a getaway weekend with my family, and we couldn't find a better choice than the Résidence hôtel
Everyone was attentive and pleasant . The spa is outstanding, I would say, it is the best in Tunisia.
Very comfortable and spacious room. The View is breathtaking. It feels like home , away from home .
SUPER CLEAN, a little touch and surprise will be waiting for you ur beds.
It was our first and surely not the last visit.

Lovely hotel, made all the better by the amazing staff! All so attentive and go above and beyond to make your experience 5 star. Delicious food at the restaurants, great pool and lovely interior. Highly recommend! Particularly want to shout out Anis who was so helpful to us and gave us so much insight into Tunisia as a country and the things to do in Tunis.

There is absolutely no doubt that this is THE 5 stars hotel to stay at. The service is excellent, from the moment we checked in until we left, from room service to the breakfast, everything was perfect. The staff is always polite, welcoming, and very professional. They go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as it can be. The hotel is elegant and classy, with amazing pools, gym, and a spa. I will definitely come back. Thanks for this amazing experience.

Wonderful hotel! Perfect for relaxing and enjoying your vacation. The rooms and the whole building are beautiful and the food is delicious! Highly recommended!

Can only give real 5 stars for perfect hospitality from start to finish! Thalasso and Spa are wonderful and suites decorated nicely and also outdoor area is outstanding. If I really need to find room for improvement it would be the water supply for the shower, constantly changing water temperature and pressure. Otherwise perfect hotel with nice ambience.

Best hotel I've ever been to, hands down!

Knowing this hotel since the opening, it’s amazing how the management keeps this place very upscale and beautiful, the service, the food, the rooms and above all the amazing staff presence everywhere in the hotel to help and to serve you , which is very rare, I always have a wonderful time staying at the residence Gammarth, and that is a very confortable feeling of well being, everything is within reach,Mr Mehdi Belkhouja & Souad and their teams are very efficient, the restaurant’s Chef is a great chef whatever you ask to have he will create your food as desired& , the spa is very relaxing space, the rooms always beautifully done, and the bar downstairs has a very nice atmosphere!! Very chilling!

Unique in its location. the sea-view room is the most beautiful spot.

A spectacular hotel near Tunis, Tunisia. The staff is attentive, helpful, welcoming, and thoughtful. They decorated our room with roses one day and another they left a bouquet of flowers. We have been to the spa a couple of times and the service has been wonderful. We always leave the spa feeling refreshed and relaxed. The lounge area is a nice area to relax to have refreshments or a bite to eat. They hotel also has three wonderful restaurants. The food and service has been spectacular at every meal.

This is a great hotel. I have stayed here many times. The rooms are very spacious, the hotel is beautiful.

Had a great stay at The Residence. Used to live in Tunis and so visited regularly though didnt stay, and so this time visiting for a long weekend, thought I would push the boat out. Residence does not disappoint. In a quiet part of Gammarth, facilities are outstanding - a good Gym, Pool and Spa, and fantastic food (my one criticism is that the prices in Li Bai, the Chinese Restaurant, are a bit high, even for a 5 star hotel). Food elsewhere in the hotel was great. Staff were all really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. I will definitely be back (again).....

The Residence is such a beautiful place to stay, from the rooms to the entire decoration of the hotel. And to top it off, the staff is very friendly and polite, always eager to help. They are truly what makes a stay at the Residence exceptionally special. Highly recommended!

Organised a Seminar for 40 people, 4 nights stay with buffet lunch and one dinner at the hotel and ... Wow, amazing hotel, great location, fabulous food, a variety served to suit all customers... Every single one of us thoroughly enjoyed the stay. I would highly recommend

Good rooms and service, outstanding breakfast.

The moment you walk in the hotel the view and ambience is super impressive and a great representation of Tunisian culture and Andalusian architecture. The General manager Mehdi, came over while we were having lunch and made sure everything was perfect, the service in this hotel is simply exceptional.
I have been to Túnez many times and this by far is my favorite place to stay and chill even for a day.
