Four Seasons Hotel Tunis

I used this hotel during the month of Ramadan for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the view from the dinning area carries a sense of peace. I used their amazing spa and had 2 treatments. The staff are extremely hospitable, the vibe and energy of the place is beautiful I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel. The rooms, gym, pool, spa and general areas are lovely and very well kept. The staff are friendly and helpful. They remember who you are go out their way to make you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed in the Four Seasons Tunis on 3 different occasions, in 2021, 2022 and 2023. Every time it was such a pleasant experience. The team is absolutely fantastic. This is by far one of the best hotels I stayed in and I highly recommend it.

I experienced the restaurant of this hotel. It is very well located in Ghammarth. The views are just breathtaking. I like the deco.

I rate 5 out of 5 stars, starting with the reservation service, and in particular a 10/10 rating for Mrs Nadia Chaker, who was incredibly professional. She was able to respond to our requests and take into account my husband's and I state of health, ensuring that our stay went perfectly.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful: valet parking, porter, baggage handler, receptionist, concierge, waitresses/waiters.... The whole team was very attentive.

I highly recommend this hotel and all its staff, and thank you again to Madame Nadia Chaker for her assistance and professionalism.

I will return for another stay without hesitation.

As usual four seasons one of the best hotels world wide. I loved this one as it is quiet and facilities are nice.

Absolutely loved it! Everything you expect from a 5-star hotel and more. Absolutely lovely views on the property, and you're on the beach too, so you have great views of that as well. The staff's attention to detail is incredible, and the service is consistently great. The room was spacious and supremely comfortable. Great gym and spa facilities. The food! Aaah, the food was amazing! It's definitely a great spot.

Donya and her team were outstanding in helping us have a memorable experience at this beautiful resort with its own beach.
Don't know why some of the reviews are negative, we didn't encounter anything less than extraordinary with the location, rooms, service or food.

Great facilities with spacious rooms, very nice outdoor and indoor pools. The spa is very well managed with nice treatments menu, great gym and caring staff. The hotel has as well an on site kids club which is very convenient.
Really liked the in-room dining experience for day to day meals with a great selection of dishes and a fast service.
But also for a one-off treat with custom menu from the chef and fully decorated room for special occasions.
Special thanks to the Concierge and in-room experience teams who were lovely. We will definitely come back.
Service is a bit lacking and inconsistent sometimes especially at rush hour as the hotel was full. Check-in experience could be improved. The kids club could have more activities (sports or
crafts) supervised by the team.

Great facility with amazing staff.
They were all very kind and friendly, I felt comfortable during my stay.
There are not many choices for restaurant nevertheless they have nice food.

Amazing! This property is absolutely beautiful! Four Seasons Hotel Tunis provided great services and great food. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a lemon mint beverage as we waited for the concierge to complete our check-in. From our private Haman, to breakfast, evening beach walk and dining, our experiences just kept getting better.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff. They helped arrange pickup from the airport, and coordinated everything. Upon arrival, they were ready for us and greeted us at the front, and took us to the room to check-in. Emna, at the front desk, was phenomenal and very helpful, as was the rooms manager Mohamed. Everywhere we went, we were greeted by name and they took time to know us

We had a great time watching the world cup with the staff as well. Would most highly recommend if you're in Tunis, and would recommend considering this as a destination for a great vacation

Excellent service. Loved the stay. I was mildly surprised that breakfast wasn’t included with our stay - I feel like that could have been communicated to us at the start. Other than that the facilities and the service was all top notch.

This hotel encapsulates the 'home away from home' description. A truly wonderful experience awaits anyone who chooses to stay here. From the awesome staff to the wonderful rooms and services...
