Sheraton Tunis Hotel

I spent two nights here and the customer service was excellent. The staff was always eager to help. The rooms were great, everything (showers, sinks, and lights) worked. The beds were comfortable and there were a variety of pillows to fit your preferences.

Hotel is just 10 mints away from airport. When we arrived to hotel, the staff was helpful and friendly with us. My room was clean and tidy. Sheets and blankets changed daily and bathroom&toilet was clean. Breakfast was rich with Mediterranean menu items and I really liked all staff smiling with a French word ‘bon jour’.
I couldn’t have enough time to see pool, gym and other places inside hotel as I was so busy but I am pretty sure that Sheraton will keep their high standards there too.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. Locationed about 10-15 minutes from Medina and not far from Airport. Harry's pub nice and a great burger! Rooms are nice, clean and plenty of room. Laundry service very good and quick. Great views over Tunis. Good gym, spa and pool facilities. The lounge /reception area a huge and very nice with a great terrace.

Absolute winner of a hotel property. It’s located very close to Carthage airport, has absolutely wonderful and attentive staff, and the property has a wild amount of amenities: huge gym, sauna, indoor heated MASSIVE pool, lots of good restaurants, a full breakfast buffet, and the rooms are really well kept, good beds, good size, and great water pressure. I would really encourage anyone considering a stay in Tunis to stay here.

I attended a business event at this location. The service provided was satisfactory. The meeting rooms were conveniently close, which worked well for our parallel sessions. However, if individuals have separate events, the close proximity might pose a challenge for available space. The food provided was reasonably good.

I had an amazing experience ! Best stay and Hajar, the woman who took care of our rooms, was so nice and made it even better ! She was in floor 2 she deserves credits for her amazing work.

This hotel is the BEST hotel in Tunisia. Location is very nice with good view of Tunis itself. What made it best were also the people working here who will always share a smile to you. I had a very comfortable stay and will look forward to be back here again and again. They have complete facilities and food tastes great. The rooms were also spacious and the balcony was nice. Their gym and pool (both indoor) was good, and their spa have professional therapists. All the facilities their employees will treat you nicely and make your stay comfortable and satisfying. Again kudos to all of Sheraton Tunis.

Very nice hotel in the city. From the moment I checked in the receptionist Ichrak was very helpful. She was very friendly and warm and made me feel at home. She was very busy but she kept a smile on her face. Afterwards Hadedh took my bags to the room and was also very friendly. He gave me good advice on travel and was very knowledgeable about tunis. In the lounge Dhia had the best customer service I think I ever saw. He was quick to ask you if you needed anything and paid attention to all the guest to make sure they were happy. Sammy also at the reception was very professional and a good person to see if you need help with anything.

What I didn't like was a lady at breakfast the last couple days who made eggs. Today she had eggs already on a plate and offered it to me. The eggs were cold. The manager had to tell her to make hot eggs for me. For 3 days she was making eggs and it was a bad experience each time. But the rest of the breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful.

A first class hotel, perfectly located for sightseeing throughout this fascinating city, and run well by superb staff. Thanks particularly to Rafik and Moez, but also the front-office folks and restaurant staff were impeccable.

Excellent service and good food at Walima restaurant. Hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great desktop space which is essential when going on a business trip. Great team in charge of the event organization. The only disadvantage is that the hotel is far for the city centre if are considering going sightseeing Tunis, but you can reach it by taxi.

Only complain I would have is occasional smoke smell in the room. I guess some other guests were smoking so Hotel can't do much about it but fine them after check out.

I stayed here for 5 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was great--Mouna in Guest Services, the team at breakfast, housekeeping--were all professional and friendly. The property, while a bit older, is well-maintained and has all the modern requirements--fast, reliable internet, a well-equipped fitness center, et cetera. Highly recommend this hotel for a classic, quality, Sheraton (Bonvoy) stay. Thanks.

This hotel is a great one. I stay in Tunis for work and can say this place is good to relax after a long day.
The staff is nice, the rooms are comfortable, the fitness room has a great number of training machines. Also the pool looks very nice.
About the breakfast I can only say: Great! A good place to eat is the Tunisian restaurant with really great service.
A special thanks to the Front Desk Ladies. Always helpful and taking care of the guests.
Will definitively come back at my next stay in Tunis!

5 star resort with very very high customer service. Great Western food and very relaxing to eat outside. Stayed here the night before my flight and was definitely worth it. 4 dollar US cab ride to airport

I have to up my opinion to 5 stars following the recent renovation work in the hotel and the very noticeable attention to service quality. Hard to beat the location on top of the hill with a decent pool, night pub and bar. Close to downtown and close to the airport. If you're going to stay in Tunis for fun or business, not a bad choice really.
