It’s a great hotel, very close to airport and it’s in the middle of the city center
Fantastic interior, neat and clean. Comfortable rooms , spacious!
Reception staff is helpful and service was quick

Restaurant is good as well, services can be surely improved
It’s very close to highway, so lower floors will have noise

Super comfortable bed. Tasty food in menu restaurant. Good service eg. Bolt taxi booking to the airport. 10 min ride. Clean. Perfect location - airport. Comfort room.

Personally best hotel to stay at for a trip, personal or business. For location: airport is 20 minutes away, express grocery store 15 minutes, Tunis Mall and Medina are 15-25 minutes away. There are about 10 restaurants walking distance that offer coffee, hookah/shisha, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. For the service: everyone from concierge/front desk to M Club are amazing. Sofiene and Seyma in the M Club were both very professional & attentive to all guests. They were also knowledgeable & helpful with providing great tourist places that are safe.

If you are not a French or Arabic speaker, make sure that you have your Translator application available. It will come in handy. 😊

Been a Marriott member for the last 15 years and my father has been one much longer; this Marriott is definitely in the top 3. Worth another trip

This hotel is absolutely perfect. The location is excellent. The building is brand new with lots of modern amenities (I didn’t even need all of the international wall adapters I brought, for example, because the rooms are equipped with universal wall outlets) and it’s incredibly well-kept.

The restaurant and roof top bar are exquisite with lots of modern takes on traditional Tunisian dishes—mouth-watering flavors and excellent wine selection.

The best part of this hotel, however, is the service—absolutely impeccable. The attention to detail of the staff is outstanding. They are so warm and welcoming yet very professional. They take notes of all guest requests and follow-up promptly, they problem-solve very effectively and genuinely want you to have an amazing stay. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Great location, close to the airport and accessible to the city! Noumen (front desk) and Farouk (concierge) were impeccable, professional and made our stay a pleasure. Would highly recommend.

A true 5 star hotel. The room was modern and had all the amenities one would expect. The shower was exactly what I needed - hot and luxurious. The dining options were top notch - I got the Sea Bass and it was perfectly presented and delivered. The buffet in the morning was great and had a full range of options and was very fresh and delicious.

Stayed in 3 hotels in Tunis, possibly this is the best In terms for price for value. The most trained and professional Hoteliers I dealt with in Tunis. Very attentive.

The Hotel is modern, clean and new. Food is great also. Beautifully decorated common areas. Gym and pool are available. I’d stay again for sure.

Wow! Fantastic hospitality. A positive atrium style lobby.... trendy art deco decor. Showcasing the best of Tunisia. A great chill place to distress... The staff love their country! It is the small details that count! Next time instead of a drop in I would certainly check in for a week to enjoy the spa, the brilliant roof top restaurant etc.... Definitely on my list as one of the top 10 hotels in Tunisia.

I highly recommend it for those who wish to reside for work, medical trips, or transit, due to its very close proximity to the airport, the best clinics, administrative agencies, and the industrial area.

One of the better Marriotts as a main branch. Newly refurbished rooms and nice local stimulated breakfast including special request for the chef. Nicely done. They organize a hotel owned private car for pick-up from the airport for around 32 USD which was good as I arrived middle of the night.

Getting a room allocated at check-in took too long. We had to wait for one hour, to get our rooms, with no explanation as we waited.

Best hotel to stay….. Located in center of city which allows access to all the prime locations. Must visit for who are travelling to Tunisia. Thank you so much. Appreciate to the staff for the efforts they put to provide the best services.

Brand new hotel in the northern part of Tunis. New facilities, nice decor, super friendly staff, well equipped gym. Breakfast (TND48) was well curated with fresh ingredients and both international and local dishes. Fresh strawberry juice was delicious. Swimming pool and spa not open yet (as of September 2022), due to open soon. Location is a bit remote, but accessible by taxi or ride hailing service.

I always love the chance to visit the team at the Tunis Marriott. Seyma, Senda, and Nouha at the desk make me feel like a welcomed family member. Besma and the kitchen staff make breakfast special, while Wassim and Heykel are assured quick service in the lobby lounge. Khaled is great for area recommendations at the concierge desk. And - importantly- the security team is warm and professional!

We were blown away by the staff and service. After spending a week in Tunisia and finishing off our trip at the Mariott, I can confidently say the service here was better than any other hotel we stayed at. They were kind, attentive, and everyone spoke English.

The decor is modern, clean, and they have a rooftop bar with a DJ! Wish we could’ve stayed here longer.

The address on google maps was incorrect for us. We got dropped off a block away. People use Apple Maps here!

Rooms are beautiful, service is great but the staff completely make this place. Always willing to go the extra mile for guests. Nouha at reception is brilliant! See you again soon

A real Marriott, nothing to say, except maybe the location, it is good and central .. clinics, stores, restaurants, the airport, but not surrounded by trees and green like the Sheraton. Free parking at the underground.

I went to this hotel for Ramadan Iftar and I was extremely surprised by the quality of service. It was definitely a 7 star service with lots of care and passion for their job. Will recommend for any corporate or personal events

Great experience with a super friendly and professional staff. When in Tunis, this is the best place to stay. Great restaurants nearby and very close to the airport.
