Le Corail Suites Hotel

I have been a regular guest of the Corail Suites Hotel since 2019. The hotel staff is amazing! They are all warm and friendly professionals. They always go above and beyond to make sure they attend to my needs. The rooms are always cleaned on time and have everything one needs to have a relaxing stay. The Guest Relations manager, Ms. Ahlem, always goes above and beyond to make sure that every guest is feeling comfortable and enjoying their stay. She always asks for feedback which I find laudable and highly professional.

Indeed,it’s a wonderful hotel! We had a warm welcoming me and my family, especially from Mr. Islam and the beautiful Mrs. Sawsen (the lady in red. They were very helpful and caring all the time. Honestly we felt that we were at home not a hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The room service was great and on time. The breakfast was super delicious and had many varieties. The location is great and it’s very close to everything. In brief I can say this is a 5***** hotel overall. I highly recommend it, and it will be my first choice especially during business trips.

Le Corail Suites offers excellent service and attentive staff. Having stayed at this location 3 times, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness, even taking the time to celebrate our son’s birthday. This hotel is clean, comfortable and ideally located. Breakfast buffet has large selection of both local and international foods sure to satisfy guests.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Sep. Rooms were very clean and renovated, amenities were fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. The representative who welcomed me was very knowledgeable and accommodating (I believe her name was Sawsan. Thank you to all the staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Corail Hotel, and I must say that it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home.

The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and all the amenities one could need. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible.

In particular, I would like to extend my thanks to Khoulod, the receptionist who checked me in. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always smiling and willing to assist with any questions or concerns I had. Her hospitality truly made a difference in my stay, and I am grateful for her kindness.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Corail Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. In the center of Lac2, many shops and restaurants are near by and its a 2 minute walk to Tunisia mall. The rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly

I've stayed three days in le corail hotel, actually it's very good, brilliant and very comfortable, I really would like to thank them so much. In addition the room service was available all the time and the receptionists were welcoming 🙏 and open minded 😀. So I advise anybody comes to Tunisia to come to this hotel to get very specific and nice staying.

The staff were hyper cool, professional, welcoming and always serving with a smile on their face.
The food was extraordinary in terms of presentation and taste.

Friendly and lovely stuff, clean rooms, calm place and the most amazing thing is the location near to everything you want..

Good morning. My name is Al-Sabr, I hold a Libyan and English nationality, a master's degree in architecture. I took a room in your hotel, and in the morning I took a shower and wiped my head with a towel, and my hair was dyed. So the towel got dirty. which is supposed to. wash off And clean up. That's normal. I went out to break my fast and when I came to take my bags. They surprised me with a bag containing the towel and told me to pay a fine of 80 dinars. A fine for dirtying the towel. I am shocked because I live in a 4-star hotel, things are supposed to be like this. don't talk at all. Thank you.

Wonderful stay, the receptionists were amazing, Khouloud one of the the qualified staff has assessed me from the day I checked in until i walked out of the door.
The rooms were very comfortable. The guards and cleaners had done wonderful job at paying meticulous attention to the details that assured a safe and comfy stay.
All in all, from the moment you walk in from the door, you will be welcomed by a joyful smile from the wonderful receptionists, which will make you day and whole stay.
