Service impeccable. Prix raisonnable. Les délais sont dans l'ordre de plus au moins une semaine. car ils ont des jours dédiées pour la récupération des tapis pour lavage et des jours dédiées pour la distribution des tapis cleans gratuitement .

Stay away at all cost!! They stole my carpets, didnt get them back, it has been 3 month. Also they are rude and even made me pay the cleaning fee without ever returning my carpets. I might actually get a lawyer and sue them. Trust me, save yourself the headache and never let those thieves touch your carpets!

Exceptionally rude and unprofessional. I requested an offer for the cleaning of 7 rugs. I received an offer several days later, giving one single price. After a significantly delayed delivery of semi-wet carpets, the company tried to charge more than twice the price originally offered, claiming there are different prices charged for different types of carpets - a fact that was never mentioned before. The prices are not mentioned neither on the website nor on the Facebook page. Instead, the lady on the phone asked me to consult the COMMENT (!) section of the Facebook page to look for the prices.
At the end of a lengthy conversations about the validity of offers as the basis of a contract, and the company's intransparency around their pricing, it was me who was called a fraudster. Never again.
