The hot sauce is very spicy and think made in house. Meal sizes are not large - which is a good thing as it makes sense to order more items to share with friends. Very authentic sizing and taste throughout. They have an impressive collection of high end mescal (many of which very hard to find in Thailand). Pricing is good.

AUTHENTIC! We’ve lived in Mexico and this menu is true to authentic Mexican dishes (not Americanized). I recommend the steak tacos. We added salsa, sour cream to the tacos on a corn shell and they were delicious. The beans were my favorite. Full of flavor. The chicken enchiladas were a little bland but can easily be dressed up with salsa. The peppers in cheese were a little undercooked but still taste good. We were just happy to eat Mexican food and this place delivered. Try the horchata!

Reasonably priced Mexican food. We tried a few dishes and they were all great. I could not try their drinks but wines and beers are available. The staff was helpful, I enjoyed the quite atmosphere and we would definitely go back there again.

Authentic Mexican food with a variety of dishes that are difficult to find in Bangkok. Amazing food quality, friendly service and a chill local atmosphere. A must visit! 🌮

One of good Maxican restaurant in Bangkok. Owner and staffs are friendly. The atmosphere also nice, good place to hang out with friends and family.

Awesome little spot hidden just next to the crazy thong lo scene. Relax and chill vibes in a small and cosy garden. The food is amazing, super authentic, generous, it's the perfect spot for dinner whether you keep it chill or hit a bar after. I didn't drink but seeing on the other tables margaritas were flowing faster than water. If you're around don't miss it.

What can I say more. The BEST Mexican cuisine in Bangkok ever for the last 3 years I am here. A little cosy secluded in Thong Lor, a little out from the main road, perfect location. I can never ask for anything better.

Wow, what can i say about this place. Simly amazing. If there were more than 5 stars, i would have wanted to give it here.
Place is cool, gets the feeling of Mexican countryside, food is simply great, authentic Mexican, even better than what i have had in Mexico.
As i understand the Owner and cook are from Mexico and it reflects in the set up and food. I would hVe loved to meet the Owner.
Its a tradegy i could find this place only on the last day of my stay in Bangkok.

This is the most authentic Mexican I had in Bangkok. Mexican owner and a Mexican Chef. Muy rico. Great tacos al pastor, beautiful guacamole, and the totopos were crispy and fresh. Love it.

Went back and had enchiladas verde and Choriqueso dip. Fabulous meal. Their special Margarita was delicious.

The guacamole was delicious.
Tasty and very tender beef.
We had a great time and will be back.

Normally you don’t equate Bangkok with Mexican food But my Mexican friends and I were not disappointed.

Food was authentic Mexican, the restaurant has an outdoor patio that is perfect for a party.

The food was fresh, the mole was amazingly spiced and we really enjoyed the beef Alambre.

Drinks like the Margaritas was fun and not
Watered down.

Great street style "messy" tacos, best eaten with your hands, meat portions in the tacos were generous. Overall a very well balanced flavour.

It is hard to find good Mexican food in Thailand, but Missing Burro never disappoints! Our favorite thing about this spot is that they have tons of Yucatan favorites like cochinita pibil that we hardly ever see outside of Mexico. If you're looking for authentic Mexican in Bangkok, this is probably your best bet! Service is very fast, staff is great every time, and they always give us an abundance of limes which is sooo necessary for Mexican food! The price is definitely high, but it is always worth it because the quality is great, and it is obvious a lot of love goes into each dish. Prices are listed at the back of the menu :) Recommended to make a reservation on weekend nights because they tend to get quite busy.

I think this place may have changed ownership recently. It feels a little more 'nickle and dimey' than it used to just last year.

That said, food and service are still fantastic. I would say top 2 or 3 mexican restaurants in bangkok/thailand. recommended.

Go for the slightly abnormal items / specials on the menu first. For example, the mezcal margaritas are much better than the house tequila ones. Pick a soup or quesadilla as an app over guac. etc.

The food and service was excellent. Wide selection of drinks. The owner was very friendly. He cares a lot to serve authentic Mexican food in Bangkok. This place has a great vibe and atmosphere. The location is also good.

Missing Burro is still one of my favorite places for tacos! I love the combinations and specials they have on offer like the cactus tacos with pork belly and refríed beans. So easy to finish the 3 tacos all on your own but you’ll have little room to enjoy the creamy guacamole and chips! The cochinita pibil tacos are my top favorites followed by the cheesy Alambra with beef and shrimp. The new mango smoothie with chamoy reminded me of Mexico with the hot of sour and spicy! Love this place

Love the atmosphere. It was like I went hang out at friend's house with a nice front yard and fancy lightings. Food was great. Love the cheesecake. A bit pricey but worth trying. I will definitely go back.
