Sports goods store

I went there to buy a pair of swimming trunks and goggles. The place is nice, staff is cordial but I could not find what I was looking for

I was running out of time and ended up buying the shoes that did not satisfy my taste since they don't have the shoe size of the one I selected. Upon paying for the shoes, the cashier seems to be annoyed of us buyers. The staff lacks communication skills, both English and professional handling of customers. The other buyer (whom the unfriendly older cashier was attending to) even has to translate to me what the staff are talking about. There will always be a first time to anything.

would never give a star. staff was absolutely rude. only serve u if u know what u want to buy. smirked, shook head when cant fit into shoes. also has an attitude to throw the box, shoes and everything else. very difficult to find shoes in this shop because no one can help u there. i will suggest all tourist to avoid this shop and search for them online

If you don’t need anything because the staff will treat like you disturb them! Appalling attitude from two different staff members within one hour

Me and my wife visited Bangkok last month including sports world in terminal 21 ,in store I tried to touch a bag which was surrounded by many other objects including two coffee mugs which in Australian $ 25 each! Located very close to the bags on a shelf 1.6m high on an unstable shos box!!!,unfortunatly as soon as I touched the bag both mug fallen and one broke ,manger asked me to pay for it and I explained these mugs shouldn't be there and it's not fair to your customers to pay for accidental damage like this ,whiting couple of minutes she called two security guys to whatch me and she insisted me to pay ,I asked I need to talk to someone in terminal 21 central management after a while someone came and I explained what happened ,he was agreed with me that those mugs shouldn't be there but still l have to pay because the store management insisted .being on holiday and having a flight back to Australia I did pay to them .i just recommend to others to stay away from this shop bad management and prices are high.

The staff were just chatting to each other the entire time. When I went to ask for help he seemed to care less than a vegan in a steakhouse.
