Small but perfect. Very romantic if you’re bringing your special someone. Great view and outdoor jacuzzi balcony was awesome. King & Queen chairs overlooking the ocean is nice view of Pattaya lights. I really enjoyed this property. I would come again.

Nice cafe with a great view. They have only drinks like coffee and tea, and some pancakes. Price is very cheap for such an atmosphere and view!

Мы были одну ночь в номере с бассейном. Начитались негативных отзывов везде, но все равно поехали. В самом номере стилево и вид, конечно, классный. Особенно с бассейна или с кровати. В другом случае открывается вид на стройку чуть ниже и все прочее не такое красивое, но это не помешало клево провести время. Читала про плохой завтрак, у нас был наоборот, сытный и еще вкусный кофе. Девочка, которая делала завтрак и заселяла нас, не говорит по-английски, но зато поняла, что нам нужен лед и привезла его с магазина и выдала даже термос нам, чтоб его хранить😁
Постельное белье было чистым, полотенца все чистое. Из неприятного - не прям чистота в ванной и неработающий холодильник. Он возможно и работает, но его вилка бесхозно валяется, потому что не подходит ни одной розетке😁 (ну мы не нашли) с пирса ходят эти басики их, которые идут на Samae beach, смело на нем можно доехать и на пригорке остановиться. Задумка места в целом классная, еще идет стройка, из-за этого на улице такое себе. Как разрастется, приедем еще. Еще смешные кошки живут в кафе, особенно та, что по моим наблюдениям - дикая степная кошка. И само кафе смешное - как на даче😁

ที่พักบรรยากาศดีมากตรงปก เดินทางมายากหน่อยแต่ก็แลกมาซึ่งความสงบ บริเวณที่พัก มีความเป็นส่วนตัวสูง ข้อเสียคือ ห่างไกลจากแหล่งของกิน แต่ยังโชคดีที่ มีเดลิเวอรี่ สั่งของให้มาส่งที่พักได้ โดยรวมคือชอบมากๆ ถ้ามีโอกาส จะมาอีกครับ

ชาเย็นอร่อยมากๆครับ มากับเพื่อนคนญี่ปุ่นก็บอกว่าชาเย็นอร่อย เจ้าของร้านน่ารัก ใจดีมากๆและให้คำแนะนำสถานที่เที่ยวด้วย บรรยากาศร้านนี่ให้เต็มเลย วิวสวยมากๆแถมราคาน้ำไม่แพงจนเกินไปเมื่อเทียบกับร้านอื่นๆ ตอนที่ไปรอบแรกช่วงสามโมงครึ่งแสงจะส่องมาที่ร้านสวยตามรูปเลย แต่ไปอีกทีตอนห้าโมงแสงจะหายทำให้ถ่ายรูปไม่สวยเท่าตอนสามโมง

บริการน่ารักมาก ห้องพักสงบ เป็นส่วนตัว เดินลงมาเล่นที่คาเฟ่ได้ เช้าๆสวยมาก ได้ส่วนลดคาเฟ่20%

ผมประทับใจการบริการและบรรยากาศมากครับ สงบ ราคาดี ผมพัก2คืน แจ้งให้ที่พักทำความสะอาดได้ด้วยครับ โดยรวมผมแนะนำครับ

Overall: the place is a combination of both cafe and accommodation. love the greenery and the stunning view of pattaya. the place seems a bit unfinished so would come back when all the buildings and landscape are all decorated

Room: we stayed in the spacious and breathable tent (big one is 850bath for 2 ppl no breakfast) room comes with a fan so it was a bit hot during the day but at night was pretty chill. The staffs are kind and welcoming they also helped us connect to a local taxi.

Bathroom: there are two restrooms/bathrooms for each genders but they could be more clean and well-maintained

Coffee shop: part air conditioned very homie decorations. had a very smooth hot latte the price is reasonable 68bath after 20 percent discount (from being the hotel guest) the coffee shop acts as a lobby/lounge for hotel guests as well

Price-Performance: very good if you dont mind the hot weather. The down side is its a bit further from beaches so you need to book motorcycles (1 day 300-500 bath depends or hire a local taxi 100-150 bath per trip)

A good idea and implementation. It's such a cute cafe with a cat atmosphere.
But.. I didn't see anyone personal after 5 p.m.
The hot water for the jacuzzi didn't work.

Overall 3 out of 5. The room was quite dirty. The location wasn't that good cuz it's near the freaking garbage dump. When you walk in you literally smell it. But it was fine in the room I smell nothing at least. Private pool also not clean. Like everything just not clean in general there. But I still like the pool even if it's not that clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The view was nice too.
