Must visit place to include in your pattaya itinerary. You can reach there by public ferry 45 mins travel time for 30 baht one side or by speed boat 15 -20 mins for 250-350 baht up and down. The boat starts from Bali Hai Pier. For taxi, you can give location as Bali Hai Pier clock tower. You will find lot of boat agents. You have to bargain for better deal. You can pay for paragliding, snorkeling, sea walking, jet ski etc. bargain for better rate . All inclusive max 1500-2000 baht. After you reach Coral island, must take bike for rent 30-50 baht per hour, or buggy car 200 for full day or negotiated for hourly rates and then you can explore the island. You have nice restaurants also there. Indian , thai, continental all types of cuisines. Full day enjoyment.

Must visit this place, if you love white sand beaches with clear green water. Many water activities are available here. Take a ferry or speed boat to reach here.

Been there as part of our trip to thailand. It was included in package. It requires lot of travel time to reach the island.In between there was spots for adventorus activities. As we have our 4 yr old kid with me no activities were allowed for her so my husband tried 2 activities like parasailing and under sea walk.Both were entirely new experiences for us.We travelled during the month of November hence the sea water was not that much clear so during under sea walk we were not able to experience the beauty of sea.After much awaited travel we reached coral Island and the expectations vs reality was entirely different.So I suggest people who willing to do adventurous activities only need to opt for coral island visit otherwise it will feel like a waste of time and money for you.But the deep blue sea water is the one which you can watch there which make the place good for taking photos.

With crystal clear water, plentiful coral reefs, and beautiful stretches of fine white sand, Thailand’s Coral Island is peaceful and so beautiful. Take a 45 minute boat ride from Pattaya to explore the gorgeous Coral Island. Do not forget to wear ur life jackets in the boat ride. you can spend your time snorkeling, scuba diving, jet skiing. Drink the sweetest coconut water . A lovely place.

Its a wonderful place, make sure you have extra pair of clothing and wear slippers. Roads are very steep so be careful if you are planning to hire a bike. Incase you wish to enjoy full day, DO NOT take package with Indian meal as they will serve you back in Pattaya only, i.e between 2-3pm.

SMALL AND BEAUTIFUL

I visited three times 2012, 2017, 2019 and it is slowly getting overcrowded. However, I love this place. My first white sand beach and it has some great food stalls/ shops. I love the Crabs and the Prawns out of everything. It was beyond delicious. 😋 I have some great memories and experiences out there and this place will always be very close to my heart. ❤

P.S: I would request all the travellers to not to throw garbage or plastic at any random spots/ places. Please use the bin and keep the place clean.

About half an hour of speed boat ride from Pattaya beach we reached our first destination; a bigger boat with changing on boat for Sea Bed walking. We were really excited to wear diver heavy helmet linked with air pipe & jumped in the sea, reached sea bed, walking on sea bed was really wonderful. Corals & schools of beautiful fishes were there. We were taken to the coral island beach, it looked beautiful with white sand, blue sea, whitish cloud at horizon, a lot of people were enjoying the beach. I loved swimming in water. We rode Jet Ski & Banana boat. Changing were available, a lot of restaurants serving sea food & other dishes were there. The best beach experience we had in Pattaya that everybody should not miss.

Beautiful island and a quick getaway from all the craziness on the mainland. The waters are clean and blue which welcome you to take a dip and snorkel around - there are about 5 accessible beaches all around the island - you can grab a map and hire a scooter to do most of the sight seeing yourself - to get here you can get on the ferry (30 Baht pp one way) or get on a pricey speed boat to halve the travel time. The island has a lot to offer including a temple of Budha on a mountain top. This gives you panoramic views of the island too

Hard to believe on beauty of the nature at this place,very clean and crystal clear sea water, white sand, overall this is one of the nature's blessed place. Fortunate to visit and experience the beauty and heaven. Water sports activities are also good. Loved it❤

Best place for jet skiing and other activities

Very memorable visit! Mesmerized by the clean aquamarine water & fine sand. Variety of sports to choose from & enjoy.
Walking into the sea to climb to the speed boat was a different experience altogether. The view of distant buildings through the water spraying from the speed boat & the sudden shrouding of dark clouds over the island creating a smoggy atmosphere was a beautiful experience! There are a number of restaurants & small shops to spend time on the island .

Amazing place to enjoy the Andaman sea view and many more. The island is full of scenic beauty, white sandy beaches, coral reefs, lots of sea activities like scuba, Snorkelling, Sea walking, parasailing etc. The famous nightlife of Pattaya city is just 20 minute speed boat distance from the island. Overall, a great place for relaxing and enjoyment.

Small, beautiful except drunken indian groups again.. Clear water, soothing boat ride.
Dont take speedboat- costly and miss the slow boat experience

At the time I and my friends roaming around the we find one of local guide for Pattaya he told as all about about the Coral ISland that is it the amazing Island somewhere in the sea and we can do exciting Activities too than next day we all are there.
Coral Island, known locally as Koh Hae, is a beautiful getaway destination located three kilometres southeast of Phuket. The island features two main beaches, Long Beach and Banana Beach.  It's not called Coral Island for nothing; the snorkeling off Banana Beach is thrilling and if you go out far enough from Long Beach you will also have a lot to discover, at its impressive coral reef. At night this location is beautifully calm; by day it is quite busy with day trippers but peace and quiet can be found at the extremities of both beaches. Deck chairs and sun loungers can be rented and come free (at the resort) with the day tour. Beaches feature a range of eateries ranging from rudimentary to buffet to impressive cuisine.

Beaches have a lot of water sports activities - banana boats, canoes, and snorkeling. However, Long Beach features a speedboat.

The Coral islands are about 45 mins speed boat traveling from Pattaya beach. Best time to reach at site by 10:00 AM morning so you can get more time to relax and enjoy.

My opinion and observation about the place is simply and shortly, the people who like nature, like natural beauty, less crowded place, place for fun, place for spending quality time with their loved ons this is the right place.

You have crystal clear water , white sandy beach, sun bath, green wonderful mountains all around, amazing place to sit and relax.

Relaxing beach benches with umbrellas are available with very low cost, where you can relax and order anything u like to eat or drink.

In water activities parasailing 🪂, bana boating 🛶 jet ski 🎿, scuba diving 🤿 and much much more.

Facilities like shower, changing rooms, restaurants, seafood food outlets are available.

I have nothing to say much expect to visit this place again n again.

This place is simply WOW..... 45 min in speed boat from pattaya you'll reach coral islands. Scuba diving, snorkeling, banana boat ride, paragliding, sea walk and many many more activities could be done over here. The water is crystal clear is gives a mesmerizing look all over. Very clean beach and options of food, drinks, changing rooms available. This place is a must visit when you'er visiting thailand.

Its an amazing beach and a very popular tourist destination for the travellers. There are great sea food places to visit. Many water sports like underwater walk banana boat speedboat etc can be enjoyed over here. The beach is crowded but is clean. This is a very beautiful place and must necessarily be visited when in pattaya. You can reach coral islands by ferries and speedboats and its around 15km away from the pattaya beach.
