I was just in the Volvo studio EmSphere and I was SHOCKED, I went all the way there specifically to look at car options and specifically VOLVO and I was completely ignored.

The iPads were all off and there was no info - there were 2 consultants on the floor - both on their phones and ignored me. The only person who finally greeted me was the coffee shop barista. I asked for help and said hello and they didn’t budge. I felt so insulted and asked about this bad service to which they both looked at me and Carried on playing with their phones - they were not on calls - in fact the gentleman was leaning behind the coffee stand and the lady was just sitting at the table. I made it quite clear I needed assistance. I WILL NEVER be back, in fact I’ll consider a different brand.
