Weber products in general are of excellent quality, customer service were great during the sale however I had a issue regarding an incorrect description and not receiving what was advertised, following a phone call they offered to rectify the issue, eventually everything was resolved though did take a few weeks, thank you for your help and support with resolving the issue

Poor after sales service. They sell Weber grills with a 10 year warranty, but fail to take care of defect after trying with them for 3 months!
