Night Market

The night market is not big but it has an amazing location. The main food stalls are located by the lake on the west side (Pradit Chong Kham Alley). Non-food vendors can be found on the south side and adjoining streets. I visited Mae Hong Son at the end of the season (early March 2023). I don't know how is the market in other months. The market is not large, but certainly very diverse. I like it much more than night market in Chiang Rai.

One of the best place in Mae Hong Son to buy local products arround the lake and Temple. We had a great evening during our holiday trip

Awesome night market! All varieties of food and drinks. Lovely location on the lake. Nice to enjoy all the lit up temples and their lake reflections at night. We couldnt choose what to eat! All so good.

Absurdly delicious food at absurdly delicious prices.

There is basically nothing. On a Saturday, there had been about 5 food stands and one for drinks, a few already sold out at about 6:30pm. We thought there might be more on a Sunday.. but sadly all was closed only 2 food stands open. There might be more at high season and it’s still shortly after Covid-19 regulations dropped. Hopefully the night market comes back to life soon.
