9th April 2019. Beautiful lake in the middle of Mae Hong Son. Popular at sunset over the mountains. Great for walks and eating.

Beautiful temple. Easy walking distance from the night market next to the lake. Just follow the lights! Make a loop of the lake afterwards to take in the whole place.

My favourite place in Mae Hong Son city. It has a fantastic view of the temples across the lake. There is a free entry park with lots of flowers in bloom (early January) and fairy lights at night. And in the evenings, you will find a night market with stalls selling all kinds of food and some clothing/accessories. This place can be enjoyed at all times of the day.

A nice spot with a beautiful lake next to it. There are small temples near by which you can visit and they get lit up at night which looks really good.

There is a busy night market here where you can sample some really nice traditional Thai food at a very good price!

Post Covid grounds could be a little more cared for but room was outstanding. Comfy bed, great bathroom, clean, safe, closet, front porch, pool view, coffee, hot water maker, good AC, great price and location.

Really nice Lake para surrounded by a great night Market where you can eat thai food ( meat, fish, noodles or rice dishes, desserts...) or buy souveniers. There are few restaurants around but having such delicious street food in the Market I personally would choose the second option

Beautiful little lake surrounded by a couple of lovely restaurants (particularly Salaween River and Restaurant Bar) with tremendous views of the pagodas opposite. One of the highlights of Mae Hong Son!
