Wonderful beach, lovely sand, amazing water AND almost no one else around. There are a hotel and a small bar selling the essentials and a few trees providing nice shade during the intense sunny hours. Be aware of monkeys, though! Don’t leave your things totally unattended on the beach!

I really liked this beach. From the road there is a dirt track that you can ride down if you have a bike.

The trees provide welcome shade.

It was the second week of May and sparsely populated, there were five people there including myself.

The waves were big generous sea hugs that wrap around you and treat you like it’s favourite young The water warm. Great.

Off the beaten track, need a scooter to get to it, worth every effort, and if you're lucky, you will get to see the cows come home

Amazing beach. Water is clean, calm and the beach is quiet, not over touristy. Surrounded by beautiful nature. There is a little beach bar where you can rent sun beds and have a drink or a meal.

Extraordinary long beach, far away from crowds. It is quit and calm. Water is very nice. There is natural shade bellow the vegetation. The best of all is the view on the wild tropical forest and hills all around the beach. Road and scenery around it to the this beach ia fantastic. Take some food in small restaurants near the road.

It’s one of my favorite beaches on Lanta. Tranquility, next to national park, perfectly isolated, facing west. What’s not to like :)

Went in January, not a lot of people but this beach is hot! It was the hottest part of the island and a bit unbearable, bring an umbrella. There's a good cafe at the beginning of the beach serving up booze and the usual Ko Lanta foods. Snorkeling was OK.

Relatively quiet beach compared to Pra Ae beach due to less resort around. Clean sand and long beach, with some seaside rock around. End of beach is cliff. Less shade for hot sun, suggest visit during late afternoon after 4pm. Else may get sun burn.

Nice long bay with palms along the shoreline. Great place to spend the day with a couple of small cafe bars for refreshments. I have visited this beach many times over the last ten years and it is one of my favourites. Early morning is best for swimming when the sea is generally very flat. Occasionally after a spring high tide you will find unsightly litter along the tide line mostly because of our on going world problem with plastic. Some of which unfortunately gets left behind by us!! You will often find monkeys here so don't leave your bags open while swimming as they do have a habit of stealing stuff...especially if it's food...but the monkeys mainly visit this beach to get small fruits from the trees along the edge of the forest.

Beautiful, relaxing, and quiet beach. If you want to get away from the crowds, come here. There is plenty of space to get comfortable. If you aren’t already at a nearby resort, it’s quite a trek so rent a motorbike.

This is one of the best beaches in the island if you're looking to get away from the crowds. There aren't any restaurants/bars/stores around so make sure to stock up before you head there. It's a shame that tourists insist on piling up their trash on their way out, though.

Good place to chill, with cocktails and seats in the sun as well as in the shadow.
Children can play with all the precious stuff they can find in the sea or choose card or board games.
Nice to spend some hours here on this beach.

Really beautiful. Fine, white sand and clear blue water. Also a great spot for snorkeling. There is a 400 baht park fee per person.

Best beach experience in Koh Lanta. Of course, you cannot compare it to a beach like Koh Lipe from the sand and water clarity perspective. But you feel like you're in the middle of the jungle. It's a really nice experience. We went to kantiang bay and I recommend this one by far

We stopped off early in the morning during a sunrise scooter ride and it was beautiful! It was quiet, relatively clean (compared to a lot of beaches in Thailand!) and we saw some monkeys hanging around, which was fun.

Calm & cozy, dusty & hot, wide and breathtaking.
Cows are the masters of it.
Coconut trees are the roof
Sea is the vibe.

Amazing little beach, didn't feel too touristy at all, white sand , powerade water, rocky outskirts and a little windy path down to the beach with monkeys surrounding the forest up above. Heaven. Get to this little beach before it becomes too touristy.
