Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4

Just dropped in for a meal. Found out they have a buffet to 3pm, so I went with that. The quality of the food was excellent along with the service from the staff. The food was quite extensive to cover Asian and European palettes. All the dishes I had from the shrimp and seafood dishes to the dessert were very well prepared. There was a very good bar and extensive wines 🍷 available. Highly recommend and the price was very good for what was available.
I would go again next time I'm in the area.

A great stay--the rooftop bar and pool area was lovely and calm when we were there and the rooms were very nice. We didn't get breakfast but we did go the international lunch buffet one day which was 20/10, made even better by being discounted for residents. The staff there were lovely and couldn't help you enough. Tried to come back when we passed back through Bangkok on our return but it was sold out - I'm not surprised.

The room is a little small, but with wonderful city views. The rooftop bar with a boundaryless swimming pool is a very nice place for relaxing. The breakfast although is not with very broad varieties, but everything is with good quality, nicely prepared, and very tasty. It is really enjoyable. We especially thank the service team. They all did their very best in serving us, including helped us in booking the public bus tickets to Sumei Island, and also hiring the Taxis with reasonable prices. We are greatly appreciated for everything this hotel have done for us, and definitely would recommend it to friends.

Clean rooms, accommodating staff. The concierge was very approachable and helped us book a grab to our next hotel. Breakfast spread was great! The only downside is the location, when you go out it's actually a red light district of some sort. Not suitable for families with young children.

The Novotel on Soi 4 exceeded expectations in every aspect. The attentive staff made the stay truly memorable, ensuring a warm welcome and impeccable service throughout. The rooftop pool and bar offered stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The quiet rooms provided a peaceful retreat, and the delightful surprise came in the form of a fantastic breakfast buffet, showcasing a diverse array of delicious options. A top-notch experience overall.

Best stay in Bangkok yet. Hotel is located right where the action is. Very nice open plan with access to your room 24/7. This hotel is for the adult traveler looking for all the fun Bangkok has to offer. Very friendly and professional staff that would help you and advice you on your quest. Affordable rates and excellent breakfast included. Would definitely come back.

The Staff Very Very Good. And would like to mention the cute always smiling front desk Staff Ms. Papang who was there for our check-in and Check-out. She made it very easy.

My stay at Novotel Sukhumvit 4 was a delight!

The rooms were modern, impeccably clean, and offered stunning city views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were well-maintained. The staff truly shone - friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. From check-in to checkout, everything ran smoothly and efficiently.

However, the breakfast buffet, while adequate, didn't quite live up to the rest of the experience. The selection, while decent, could benefit from more variety and local options. Freshness could also be improved upon in some offerings.

Overall, Novotel Sukhumvit 4 is a fantastic choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and stylish stay in Bangkok. With slightly enhanced breakfast options, it would be truly exceptional. Just remember to factor in grabbing breakfast elsewhere if that's a priority for you.

Very well managed and maintained hotel.
The location is central and close to a BTS station. It is a nightlife area, so not a typical business hotel location. Great for tourists.

The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious and also they changed the options for the buffet every day!! The infinity pool is just beautiful

The service in the hotel is excellent! very neat rooms with a beautiful view of the Bangkok skyline. The staff is always there for you. tours, taxi, questions and information they explain everything very clearly to you. I felt very much at home.

This is one of the busiest streets of Bangkok with a lot of adult night life. It’s no place for kids.

We had some problems with our flight from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Mr Ekk helped us a lot by calling the airline. Thank you Novotel team!

Beautiful Hotel. Very good bed and bedding. Nice pool on the roof. Very good and friendly staff. Housekeeping works very well.

I’ve stayed in other Novotels before. But this is one of the best I’ve ever stayed. The rooms are very clean. The best part of the stay is the food. The food there is just great. The best food in all of the Novotels I’ve ever stayed.

Room was neat, clean and soundproof. The power plug come with 3 pins which i do not need to use travel adapter. Bed and pillow was very comfy. I really feel recharged after whole day walk.

Hotel front desk and housekeeping always friendly and attentive. Housekeeping tidied up and changed my towel daily for my 4 night stays, everyday just feel like first day of check-in.

Hotel provided buggy service to BTS Nana. Every 30mins from morning 8am to 330pm and hourly from 4pm to 9pm daily ,which is really convenient.

Swimming pool is very clean and nice with nice view.

Room was neat and clean. Bed was comfortable. Washroom was clean. Staff behavior was good. Swimming pool has infinity city view.

On breakfast, they could've offered more variety.

Room didn't have dental kit, slippers etc readily available inside room. One has to call to housekeeping for these items.

This is my second time staying at the hotel, the first time was back in 2018 before covid. Honestly the location is not really nice if you have kids along but it is okay if you do not go through the entry from Nana, go out by the left handside of the entrance, it is a way more quiet street.
Getting a cab is not easy even with grab as I learn from most of the drivers delined going into Nana zone but still it is manageable, just take some time. The hotel operates a shuttle form the hotel to Nana BTS every 30mins during day time but I only took once, it is thoughtful though.
Room was nice and clean, thanks to the cleaning lady who cleaned our rooms in all the six days, seeing her smile really made our day.
The Guest Relations team was very responsive to my request on my husband's birthday and our anniversary who did a really nice deco in our rooms.
We enjoyed the stay here and may visit again really soon, thank you.

Located a 6-8min walk to Nana BTS station and surrounded by bars and restaurants, our hotel was accessible and convenient. We are only a few stops away from the shopping district at all times.

Despite the red light district and bar density, we had a soundproof room. Our rooms were always tidied up daily by the staff when we went out in the morning. However, some of our requests, such as a change in room slippers, were forgotten.

The roof pool and bar are also pretty good - the mango sticky rice cocktail was fun. We would recommend this hotel for its good location.
