Drive Car Rental - Suvarnabhumi Airport

To be honest, I was very skeptical as I read some not nice reviews. I took the premium price for peace of mind and opted for Nissan Kicks. Odometer about 5000km plus. The customer service response was swift via LINE so as the representatives at the counter as well as the gentleman that guide me to the car. He was very attentivr to ensure that i crossed the road safely and that i dont have problem with the luggage when going through a bump or escalator. I will rent it again if there is an opportunity...many thanks DriveCarRental 😃 😊

Everything went smoothly from picking up to dropping off the car. Well organized. Service from the staff at the counter was friendly and professional. The instructions were very clear on petrol kiosk to refill and drop-off location. QR Codes were provided. Drop-off is at the same location as Pick-up which is just right outside the airport. The car was in tip top condition. Would not hesitate to rent again from Drive Rental.

it was a fantastic experience. though i had booked a ventury and was offered a hyundai H1.... the experience was seemlessly fantastic. right from taking delivery to return it was a matter of minutes. very very cooperative and courteous staff. i had got a brand new car that was driven just 3200km. the car was great but i would suggest offering a reverse camera as standard in such big vans specially since its already fitted with a large screen android player.

Very satisfied with their services and the car. Fair insurance policy, and rental rate also nice, they offering newer car and flexible return locations. We paid monthly rate which is very affordable, and we return it few days earlier in different airport. Will definitely make rental again if traveling to Bangkok.

Great experience renting from Drive Car Rental. Booth is easy to find, Service staff are friendly and quick with the rental documents and processing. Explained clearly not to go through M and Easy pass lanes at toll station and keep to extreme left for cash payment. Manage to get out from the airport no longer than 20mins. Car is clean and well maintained. Drove around Thailand and even to Kanachanaburi to check out the countryside and back without any issues. Return on level 1 of airport is just as smooth. Information provided by service staff on where to top up petrol, calling 10mins before arrive really helpful and made everything very speedy and smooth. Will definitely rent again.

The car is quite new. It is clean and in excellent condition. The staff are friendly and helpful. Pick up the car directly in BKK airport carpark, return the car in same place.

Easy process for car collection handled professionally from the Airport desk. Guided to the car by a helpful attendant who went over the car with me and recorded any damage we found, received a signed copy of this report. Superb and reliable car, comfortable and easy to drive. Excellent aircon!
Was given very good instructions for the return location of the car with QR codes to Google Maps maps which guided me easily to the drop off point. The car linked to my mobile phone and I was able to use Google Maps on the cars built in screen.
I was also supplied with emergency phone numbers.
Very pleased with the whole experience. Had the peace of mind of knowing everything was arranged prior to my departure from the UK. I will be using this hire car company again on my return to Thailand next year 2024.

I was blown away and the experience was way above the expectations. Usually on holiday using a local rental which is not a big chain like Avis or Hertz means that the rental desks are crowded, far away and the cars are old and dirty and you have a bad feeling about it.

The Drive Rental treatment was truly VIP - we got a brand new Almera with almost full insurance and the whole rental experience was easy, friendly and smooth, plus a great value for money.

Returning cars at that airport is tricky but that goes for every other company, but the staff answered immediately when I called on WhatsApp, spoke good English and found us even though we parked in a wrong place and returned the car pretty dirty with tank not full. Absolutely recommended rental company, thank you!

They are very decent and efficient rental company. I have rented cars all over the world and my experience with this company is one of the best. Getting and returning the vehicle was quick and smooth. Most importantly, they did not try to charge me for some almost invisible scratches. I have another booking with them for Dec-Jan.
