This is the dormitory named Bantun where I reside. It's a good dormitory that I recommend for those seeking an affordable option. The room costs 4500 baht, water is free, and electricity costs 6 baht per unit. If you stay on floors 4-5, you don't need to use the air conditioner when sleeping because there's a breeze all night. Below, there are also numerous delicious food shops, and it's close to the university. The downside is there is no parking as the ground floor is like a food center, causing parking spaces to be full. Additionally, there is ongoing construction and village nearby, and in the morning, it can be quite noisy with the sounds of machinery and barking dogs. The dormitory also lacks an elevator, making it challenging during move-in and move-out.

ร้านอาหารอร่อย ถ้ามารถยนต์หาที่จอดยากนิดนึง จอดจักรยายนต์มีเยอะ
