Always good service. Avoid Monday and Friday because always busy. Close for lunch 12:30 to 1:30. (I have now advised Google Maps of this fact so times are correct now) Tips
Always take small gift like 12 donuts (very cheap) Give to girl on reception. She speaks pretty good English When you gift you get moved to front of queue. Afternoon always quieter than morning. Stay Safe!!!

Great service. The officers were very nice and were able to help us out with all our questions. They also informed us of a photo shop to get visa pictures so we didn’t have to wait in the line. Thank you Phetchaburi Immigration office!

I got to the office at 2:30pm and my queue number was 23. At 4:15pm I ask one of the friendly staff if I should come back tomorrow. She said to wait, and they closed the doors at 4:30 and then processed the 6 people still there and I left by 5pm with my 30 day extension for 1900 baht

I'm happy. There was only about 6 staff member and they work very hard but were always smiling.

The office is directly on AH 4, Northbound immediately before the left curve marked as Tha Yang on a large overhead green road sign. . As soon as you see the curve coming up get in the far left lane, slow down and look for the Siam Commercial bank SCB sign. Stop in front of the bank and you are now 10 ft from the immigration office, just across a narrow alley that is directly between the bank doors and the immigration office doors. There is now parking in the back of the office down the alley.

UPDATE MAY 2019: I have gone to this office many times for Permit To Stay extensions to my original retirement visa and other immigration issues. I now know from 2 years experience that the staff here is some of the best in Thailand and better than the one in nearby in Huahin.
They are friendly and efficient. The longest I have ever waited is an hour.

The staff is very professional. My retirement visa extension was very simple and straightforward. My ninety reports are quick and easy. This is definitely a FIVE STAR office.
