Club 1000 Ta Badminton

The gym, to my knowledge, is the only one in Prachuap that is open in the mornings (hours are from 07.00 until 21.00). It's open air and quite hot but there are four fans. Dumbbells up to 25 kg, three benches and two machines where you can find a way to do most exercises. 50 baht a day. Also has six badminton courts which seem to be very popular. The real star of the show is the lady that turns out the excellent food from the aircon restaurant - it's delicious and good-sized portions. Recommended.

Excellent equipment in the gym. Really fresh, strong coffee and the girl there has perfect English. Very welcoming and worth a visit.
