Dragon Courier

I used them 3 times and they were great until something out of the ordinary happens, at that point there is no one to help you. They use IBC Custom brokers as their broker here in Miami, IBC must be the single most incompetent custom broker I've ever had to deal with. Personally, I will never use DC again, it’s too much of a risk when it comes to live plants. maybe non perishables. I am still dealing with some held plants and will come back and revised this review if need it.

UPDATE!!!, I am changing the rating to 5 stars because DC took the time to contact me and they did the right thing back in Thailand refunding the money paid for services that could not be performed by the custom broker here for lack of experience dealing with plants.

After spending what felt like hours talking to various staff at the bigger courier/postage companies (D.. and F….) and getting nowhere - I connected to Christian at Dragon and the service was incredible. They posted a really important and time-sensitive package without any hassle and at a great price - couldn’t recommend them higher - top service

I decided to use dragon courier because of all my past failed attempts to import plants from Thailand to Canada. After being referred to Dragon Courier by a friend, I quickly messaged Christian and his son Justin to get some specific details for my import. After it was all said and done, my plants arrived in 5 business days (1 day sooner then expected!) to my door in perfect condition. Christian and Justin took the time to answer all my questions, even with the time difference he would respond very late in the evening! Much cheaper way to send something to the USA. Delivery is fast as well. They do pick up right at your location so it's very convenient. The costumer service is so efficient and replies fast on your concern. Very very satisfied.

Had a fantastic experience with Dragon Courier Thailand! Being in Australia and in need of urgently sending a parcel from Thailand, I reached out to them on WhatsApp and got in touch with Justin. He assured me it could be done. I provided the address in Thailand, and within less than 10 minutes of contacting Justin, the DCT team arrived and picked up the parcel.
Justine kept me informed throught the process. The DCT tracking system is also very good, it shows the status of the parcel in good detail. Very grateful for Dragon Courier! I needed to keep a duffel bag of stuff in storage for several months while traveling, and Dragon made it very easy, even picking it up from my Airbnb. Just got the bag back and it’s in good condition. I checked with several places in Bangkok, and all the others either wouldn’t offer storage service for one bag or else charged a higher rate. Also, Justin, my contact at Dragon, was always very quick to respond, which was appreciated.

I have used Dragon Courier on 5 occasions in the last 2 months. Their service is seamless. I have not had any reason to complain and when I need help a very kind man called Justin promptly responds to any questions I have. I will not be using the other big company ever again. First to to use Dragon courier from Thailand to ship my plants to UK. Delivered in my doorstep fully inspected and no fees added on top of what I paid as promised only for 3 days. Shipped from 11th and arrived on Valentines day 14th of Feb. Better than bouquet of flowers. Tip: please check the box dimension and weight of the package. It will give you a better insight of the fees. Yet, receiving perfect plants are priceless. You pay for VIP service and get what you paid for.

Having a group order with 80 plants coming to Sweden, I was nervous and worried about the shipping. I contacted Dragon Courier and expressed concerns and questions about my shipping status.
