Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18

Booking a hotel in Bangkok for your first time can be a little overwhelming with all the different areas. I read 100’s of reviews of hotels and ended up choosing this one and it did not disappoint. It was incredible! The location is perfect! Close to so many vegan Thai places to eat, transportation, rooftop bars, malls! Whatever your heart desires. Very busy area but the hotel is set back a little and it was so peaceful and safe. Loved the happy hour and rooftop pool! The staff goes above and beyond for you. Almost felt like family when we walked in and out all day chatting with them. We can’t really imagine staying anywhere when we visit again. Also Bangkok is just magical!

This is a very nice hotel close to the skytrain and lots of restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our house keeper was excellent and cleaned our room very well each day. We booked a Junior Suite and it was very spacious and lovely with windows along the full length of the room. Quiet and comfortable.

A really positive experience all around for our first 4 nights in Bangkok. A 10 min walk to Sukhumvit Metro and many restaurants, massage and shopping opportunities.
The staff were all excellent and especially helpful concierges Brian and Antonio helped us have a wonderful time.
Our room was spacious, clean and the king-size bed was very comfortable.
The rooftop pool was enjoyed by us every day and the breakfast buffet had great variety with lovely rotating fresh fruit.
Highly recommended and we would stay there again.

Great hotel at a good price. Excellent location near tons of restaurants and nightlife and transport. Clean, comfortable rooms and nice pool. Friendly staff, concierge was above and beyond helpful. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect place to stay in Bangkok, it's super quiet and yet it's just a couple blocks to all the craziness of Bangkok. The MRT and the BTS is just around the corner, a fantastic food cart right next door basically, the staff are amazing and the concierge was great! Spring for the breakfast buffet, it is definitely worth it. It is now my go to hotel in Bangkok, see you all next year!

Great experience, 3rd time in bangkok first time staying here. Stayed for 10 nights. Everything is a stone throw away. You won't be disappointed if you book this place. Great value and great location and lovely staff, everyday all our needs were catered to. Visited the roof top bar very frequently as a warm up before enjoying the night life the city has to offer. The in-room showers are great and the bed is comfortable. My only criticism is the room could do with updating. Special shout out to Antonio, Pim, Brian and Amy. Will return without hesitation.

A true gem of a hotel considering its very reasonable price tag. A modern and fresh feel, lovely service from all staff, room very comfortable, location hard to beat as short walk to both BTS and MRT to get anywhere. Highly recommend for Bangkok first timers who will be out and about more than at the hotel. Quality per baht spent is unbeatable. WiFi not very fast and stable so not suitable of this important for work.

I’ve been staying here at Park Plaza for the past three nights and it’s been the most incredible hotel experience of my life. The food, the views, the room, the pool— all of it is as beautiful as a dream. The staff are beyond kind and extremely helpful. They are attentive to all our needs and always rushing to help wherever they can. They always have smiles on their faces and are more than happy to offer my family and I assistance.

Namfon, Planin, and Helen in particular are spectacular! They are some of the sweetest girls I’ve met and are always ready to help out where they can. I always love seeing their smiling faces!

We’re leaving soon for Phuket and then returning to Bangkok. My family and I loved the hotel so much we decided to book again for when we come back! I definitely recommend this place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere with exceptional staff, close to shopping centers and all amenities, and an overall wonderful experience.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in the center of Bangkok. Close to Asok metro Station and many Restaurants and a 7eleven. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop area (pool+small gym) with many sunbeds and a whirlpool. It is also very quiet during night hours. Rooms were cleaned every day.

Nice location, great and very friendly staff, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. Namfon, Planin, and Helen are especially great. They are always smiling and going above and beyond to help us out with anything we need.

The staffs are helpful. They can speak English, so I don't have any trouble communicating.

The hotel is easy because it takes about 5 minutes on foot from the Asok station and only turns once.There is a convenience store nearby, and I would like to use it again next time.

Every time we stay in Bangkok we choose the Park Plaza as our hotel. The BTS / MRT station Asok is right next to it. Spacious rooms, very clean, comfy beds (compared with European beds) and a really nice pool. It’s a safe choice to be in Bangkok

Mr Oui has been the most helpful and the level of service displayed and rendered by him is synonymous to those that we have experienced in established 5 stars hotels.
We will definitely be more than happy to revisit park plaza when we return to bangkok

Park plaza soi 18 has become the hotel of choice for my wife and I. Great location and service. The staff are ever friendly and helpful and as we come and go from bkk to travel they let us store some of our luggage 🙏. I recommend this hotel to my friends

Love this 4 star hotel. Bed is comfortable. Pillow is not too soft or too hard. The hotel staff upgraded my room with a bathtub. Enjoy the stays there.

I've always said that it is the people working in an establishment that gives it its personality and this hotel is just another excellent example. I love this hotel and the people here make it so easy to do so.

Excellent experience. Good location, 10 min walk to action yet on quite side street. Staff was amazing very hospitable and accommodating. Breakfast was decent compared to other hotels in Bangkok. Will definitely stay again on my next visits to Bangkok.

Great hotel - central location, surrounded by lots of restaurants, near trains. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was great. The rooftop pool is also really wonderful. Would highly recommend.
