Under-staffed. Long wait times. Depending on what needs to be done, miss a service appointment and you could possibly have to come back a month later.

I am not customer for this specific dealer. My review is for volvo Thailand in general.
Very poor service, very poor communication.
Nobody knows what are the recalls for specific car, when you ask. You never receive any updates, information or any communication.
When I bring the car for maintenance, they never document and provide you with a report of what they have done to keep in your file.
I have never seen anything similar to this in my entire life in north America. Even cheap cars give way better service. What is the reason for this negligence and low quality service?
Is there the right leadership within Volvo to implement good practices and at least provide same service as luxury German cars.

They only sell cars here, service is poor! It takes weeks before you can have a slot for simple maintenance. Even when have a booking the process is so slow. Poor communication, poor customer service.

Very poor service called and wanted my Volvo repaired wanted to replace brake hoses before they recommended me to turn to someone else.

It took me a month long with continuous communication and ask on the arrival of the new V60 model with one of Volvo’s dealer. Sales insisted there’s no information to the timeline of availability, with some articulation of high possibility of delay launch in Thailand. I was urged to go on with the existing model due to scarce stock. Just one day after I drove the car out of the showroom, they made the new model available for purchase!!. This had been brought up to Volvo Thailand attention and it took them more than 10 days to come back with a solution for me “ to buy another car” at full listed price and they will buy back the problematic car at second hand pricing! What a smart a**. This is the most insulting solution ever happen to a customer.
