This place is as authentic as it can get. Mostly locals patronizing the place. Location is out of the way as it is not that accessible if you take public transportation. (Taxi or Grab)

The food was all done nicely. Not too sweet or too salty. Everything was done perfectly. I really enjoyed myself. I would go back there in a flash. Prices are reasonable and they have a huge menu.

Very good restaurant ambience and popular with the locals. Parking spaces are available at the front of the restaurant, which seems like the back, if you are driving in.

Food choices are extensive, Ingredients fresh and tastes fantastic. Menu has English descriptions which helps for non Thai visitors. Service prompt with plenty of service staff to attend to customers. Portioning is on the small side and fits the pricing, which is good for exploring the menu.

The winner food of the day is fried grasshoppers ! It's so crispy and tasty. We love it. The other one that always impresses me is the hog plum spicy dipping. Eating it with grilled sticky rice is so satisfying. I visited here often. It's a place that Isaan people like me would like to recommend. The price is reasonable too. ❤

All food here is quite cheap compare with their good quality service.
All dish come in small portion ....let you able to try different try of food.
We did order 8 dishes + 2 sticky rice + 1 beer .... only cost us 840 thb.
I have no clue why crowded people are here for dinner. Also surprise that i dont have to wait so long for any thing.

Authentic Isaan restaurant with a wide range of menu options. You might find dishes that you have never tried before.

What impresses me the most is Isaan green curry which is actually not like curry but soup with local plants(see photo).
This is the first time I tried this dish and it opens a new door to Isaan food world for me.
Other dishes are also good and prices are reasonable as well.
Regardless of whether you are Issan food lover or not, it is highly recommended to come and try once.

I think this restaurant tasted way better than most of the internet famous places and Michelin guide places. The food is just more flavorful and delicious. This was one of the cheapest restaurant I ate at on my trip and by far, my favorite!

As a foreigner Chinese Malaysia I come with my laos gf to have lunch .. it's a unforgettable experience .. mostly food I have eaten before at laos and Thailand . Laos and isan food mostly .. delicious 😋

The food is delicious. Had the wolffia soup. Looking at it I was thinking what kind of dish did my wife ordered. She was craving for this. I try and to my surprise, it’s really delicious.

The place serves authentic Isan-Lao delicacies, decorated with cultural references connected to movie productions from the 70s, in which the owner was heavily involved. There are familiar menus that taste better than anyone else and unfamiliar menus that you have never heard of in your life.

Spicy and delicious. Many rare items we cannot find from other SomTum places. Unique in Thai-Laos as they represented North Eastern traditional local foods.
