Stayed here for 1 night to attend concert at Show DC. Walking distance about 5 mins to Show DC which is very convenient for a solo traveller like me. Although you would need to cross the highway, I still felt safe since the area is always surrounded by people. The RCA Alley which is an area with clubs and bars are just across the highway as well.

The room is spacious and clean. Everything in the room was more than enough. They had robe, mini fridge, safe box and hair dryer. Dental kit upon request and soaps are provided in pump. My room was on the 6th floor and ZOOK Bar was just a floor above but I didn't hear much noise from it and was able to sleep well. There is also a condominium beside the hotel known as TC Green, and there is a 7-Eleven there. Very convenient for late night meal after the concert ended.

A deposit of 1,000 baht required upon check-in which is also payable by card. Check-in and check-out was smooth and the staff at the receptionist could communicate in English very well. Really satisfied with this hotel and highly recommended!

Switched to this hotel because the previous one was unsatisfactory. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Did a last minute booking and still managed to get a room at less than rm200. For the price you pay, it’s really comfortable. Hotel facing busy road but it doesn’t feel noisy, sound proof well done. Very clean too. There is a 7-11 within walking distance too to get some snack if you want to.

Cute, boutique style hotel with nice interior features and vertical gardens. Has a very cosy yet modern feel to it, with a fantastic breakfast and all day dining - with lots of clean eating options!

I was stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend. The hotel is very close to RCA and there are a lot of street food near by. The room was cleaned but so small. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We are highly recommended !!

When we reached the hotel after an exhausting immigration clearance at the airport, we were attended immediately and the hotel provide us a welcome gift. Delicious home-made matcha ice-cream and cold water. I immediately felt relaxed and my frustration just dissipate. Thank you very much Zazz Urban Bangkok for providing us such comfortable stay to recharge ourselves after an exhausting visits to Bangkok’s incredible tourist attractions and shopping ! The hotel is indeed vibrant and eco-urban. Love the design and amenities provided. The whole hotel is so calm and sweet smelling. The room we stayed has a bidet spray/toilet shower/water spray (whatever it is called). The toilet has a huge bathtub ! The room is so calm and relaxing. Bedding is so fluff and comfy. Love it ! Their rooftop bar called ZOOK is so cool and awesome and have such beautiful view. They have a gym and it's located in there as well. They play great music too. Their food is just amazing despite our difficult request that my husband is vegetarian and I can’t pork. And we BOTH can’t eat garlic, onion, chilli and can’t take spicy food. The hotel restaurant really did their best to accommodate to our request and I am so surprised the food still taste so delicious and amazing. Well done ! Opposite the hotel you can find street vendors in the Proud Market. And then, next to it is the entertainment nightlife scene at the RCA. Further down you can find DC Show Mall. It’s huge and a delight for Korean fans because they have a whole level specially catered everything Korean ! Lastly, thehotel staffs are such an exceptional and wonderful people. I’ve a lot to say but simply put ALL of them are incredible and super friendly. Thank you very much again for taking care of us. My husband and I sincerely appreciate you guys.

On a side note, it’s about 20 min ride from the airport to the hotel and some commented the location is tough and not near the city. It is not a big deal actually. Now we have Grab and Uber and Google Map (unlike 10 years+ ago when I first visit Bangkok) so it help.

ZAZZ Urban Bangkok hotel offered a very comfortable stay and friendly service. The bed was supremely soft, so were the pillows. The staff were very professional and the service was fast & reliable. From room service to transportation arrangements.. Everything was seamless... Highly recommended.

Absolute recommendation! We stayed for two nights and had our lunch their. The food was presented in artistic way. Pad Thai are really tasty and must be one of the best pad Thai I ever had.

Delicious food at Day’Li all day dining restaurant, you can also grab great cocktail at Zook their roof top bar. Highly recommended.

Great hotel super friendly staff

Sarwasdee Carp Zazz Urban; and thanks you for having me 2 weeks ago (Michael Camilleri) - To everyone else, I can not rate this establishment highly enough. If you're in town for business and need a meeting room, if you need some peace and quite, if you like the city chic and want to be just the right proximity from everything, than this is the place to be.... and a handy tip if you don't speak Thai, the Zazz Urban is across the road from what is called the RCA, so even if your taxi driver doesn't speak a lick of English, just say RCA and you'll het home...

Zazz is a chilled rooftop bar in the Northend of Bangkok. It has a wide selection of drinks, awesome views of the city as well some great DJs providing a great relaxed atmosphere.

Everyone here has been great. Hotel is clean, food excellent. Bed is very very comfortable.

Great place to eat to stay with very friendly staff! Just opened today and it was an amazing experience. Highly recommended.
