Nicely located chilling healing hotel. With the infinity pool it is more relaxing stay. Full amenities are provided. Rooms are nice and clean. Frequently cleaners are patrol the flow to clear what is out of the door. Lobby is high and spacious. The hotel provides shuttlebus to the mall, city and more locations. You can check on reception. I didn't go to the breakfast this time but they have various Asian and western choices for you. Gym is located at 10th floor with pool. Complex machine, Smith and DB are there. Cycling, Eliptical and Treadmill total 6 or more cardio machines are located. There are convenience store right next to the hotel (7/11) they heat up the instant food. Great to stay this hotel.

The room is very spacious. Easy to eat because there are cafe in the hotel. The swimming pool is big. The crew is friendly & helpful.

Luxurious hotel conveniently located near BKK airport and mostly recommended for that as it is very far from the city center and tourist areas. Halal steakhouse next door had quality food at excellent pricing.

Stayed here because my BA flight was delayed by a day (ridiculous don't use BA). The hotel is lovely, great selection of food at their cafe and nice big room. Pool and gym are impressive too. The staff were all brilliant, really helpful and friendly. My experience here was great, however it is out of town and in a weird location so not somewhere to stay is you want to see Bangkok.

Big hotel several restaurants, 24 hour room service and convenience store behind the hotel. You can tell the hotel is quite old but it's still very nice and rooms are big with soft comfy bed. Service is also great. It's not a good are to stay to explore Bangkok, but if you need to be in this area, this hotel is a good choice. It's also easy to get to Suvarnabhumi Airport in around half an hour outside rush hour.

Unbelievably good value for this 5* service. Incredibly friendly staff, received an upgrade to the executive floor for free and had free airport pick up and drop off. Everything was as you would expect in a top 5* hotel - food was great. Gym facilities were being refurbished at the time but the pool was great. Only negative is the location if you’re wanting to explore central Bangkok because of the traffic.

Away from the downtown but calm area and near the airport.

Excellent service, quality, and delicious variety of breakfast spread. Stayed at their executive suite. Well trained, courteous staff. Room is clean, everything is provided and in good condition. Also spent time at the bar in the basement. Their breakfast buffet and lunch options are quite competitive compare to even outside dining.

Posh hotel with spacious upscale rooms, great customer service and fine restaurants. The rooftop swimming pool is just awesome in the evening. Crystal clear blue water and gorgeous views of the city. The location is closer to the Suvarnabhumi airport but a little far from the main tourist attractions. Overall an excellent experience.

Very good hotel , although little away from City Centre. It takes almost 1 hour to drive to downtown area for all the shopping & nightlife. Hotel rooms are Good, food quality & portions are good. Breakfast is huge & lavish. Staff is very courteous & welcoming. Over all a good place to stay for business. Worth a try.....👍😁

This hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and hotel shuttle runs around the clock. The room is fairly good size and clean with both shower and bathtub. It would be great if hotel offers massage service before long haul flight. Will definitely stay here again. Paid $70 for king sized bed with wifi, welcome drinks, and fruits, what a deal!

Great place to stay. Close to the airport and highway. Wonderful restaurants and the service is excellent. Valet parking. Dim sum buffet is outstanding. We will drive up from Jomtien to spend the weekend and dine at their restaurants.

Thought the hotel location may not at city center or near mrt station, but hotel provide shuttle bus to mall nearby. Hotel location is near airport, which is good n it provide free shuttle service back n from airport. Room is spacious, and clean. Food service is good. Customer service is good n friendly.

Really nice and high end, yet the price per night is very affordable. The only downside is the lack of proximity to the city center in Bangkok but for this price and the level of service and outstanding aesthetics, you can't beat it. If I come back to Bangkok, I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel is clean ! Staff is just wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was delivered to room and was very delicious. I needed a certain location in Bangkok and chose this hotel and I was absolutely satisfied .

I like the room with huge bathroom and complete with toiletries, the breakfast buffet also pretty goods. Staffs are really helpful and friendly. The gym also huge, and nice swimming pool. Overall u had a very good stay here

Beautiful hotel to stay in Bangkok. The guest services and staff were super friendly, and went the extra effort to make sure our stay was comfortable by upgrading us to the executive suite floor free of charge. The buffet breakfast food is outstanding, and full of Asian and Western options, and the bar downstairs has live music most nights and serves a variety of good dishes at fairly reasonable hotel prices. My favorite parts were the fitness center (quite large for a hotel, with free weights, treadmills, and even on site personal training staff!) and the rooftop pool and bar. I would definitely stay again and bring my family back, too.
