I don't remember the name of who helped me. But, this was the best service I have ever received from a bank. I'm English speaking and there was a language barrier, and I asked about 20-30 questions. She still answered every question very nicely and she was extremely patient. You should give her a higher salary, if you ask me. Thank you so much. I can now use kasikorn when I leave Thailand. :)

Only if I could give -1 here. Worst service ever, they don’t cooperate with the customer.
Especially Ms. Pasnan. Klangjai and Ms. Diri.
Worst pathetic customer service. They are so bound to their own rules and don’t bother to help the customer.
