Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Soi Soonvijai, an IHG Hotel

Hello this hotel is nice and for me because I am wanted to visit Bangkok Hospital. It was one of the best choices that I had. It is three minute walking to the hospital and the hospital has free drop off. Everything is great in this hotel. The rooms are pretty clean the amazing kind and helpful. And the most important thing there is no bugs. The only things that they can improve is they need a bit of organization. They are not organized in check in process check out. Everything else perfect and I will truly come back to this place one more time.

If you are looking for a fancy experience then this may not be the place for you. However, this hotel is great value for money! Staff (reception, waiters, janitors) are friendly and make you feel welcome. Rooms are clean. The location is also good if you have any issues at Bangkok Hospital. Highly recommend!!

I enjoyed my stay here. It's a no frills hotel that seems to be in a new building. Everything looks well kept and clean. There is a big open area on the ground floor with tables that is used for meals but also to hang out. The rooms are excellent, especially at this price point.

The location is a bit far from any public transit, so guests will likely need to walk or take a Grab. The upside of this is that it's in a quieter area of the city, away from all the traffic and tourist traps. The air conditioner in the room is a bit loud.

As compact as the Holiday Inn Express style hotel. The rooms have tasteful yet minimal décor. The size of the room is optimal. The building has eight floors, with accommodation reaching the seventh floor. There's a faint smell of musty carpet in the hallway. A shaded garden on the second floor will help you refresh from the bustling cityscape. There is breakfast in every room. Excellent personnel attentive service.

Perfect place to stay if you have issues to do with Bangkok hospital , only 50 meters to go to R building where you can register for patient and health check up here .
Room is very nice , bed is comfy . Shower is strong and clean . Opposite is salon and nail shop and shopping is in the front . And near makkason station

An amazing and comfortable hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The services were excellent and the outdoor bar/cafe is pleasant as well. It is right next door to Bangkok Hospital so it is the best place to stay here while you get your medical sorted. The aesthetic of this hotel is something I keep thinking about and the rooftop deck is good for a light night. It is far from any tourist Hotspot but all reachable within reasonable time. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much and would not mind another night here. Hopefully they can accommodate smoking rooms as I think they only have non-smoking rooms.

I had a wonderful stay. Very nice room, food was very good, staff very helpful. Breakfast was a big step up from the usual HIE menu. Thanks for a perfect intro to Bangkok hospitality.

This is one of the best hotels in Bangkok so far. Considering the price and the service, it is a really great value. The room service has its own system so better check and read every instructions given. The one thing that I really admire about this hotel is that on the last day, I must leave for the airport around 5:30 AM and, still, the hotel prepared breakfast for us to get going as well. Most hotels don’t do that but this one does and I really appreciate it. The room is clean, cozy, and get really cold which is really great. There is also a 24h gym as well.

Overall, this hotel is really great for its price and the place is new and spotless. Highly recommended.

“Location” rating is subjective. If you are visiting Bangkok as a tourist, this property will be a bit far from the things you want to see. If you’re visiting for the hospital, you are in the right hotel.

Staff are lovely, the rooms decent, and the breakfast is quite good for a HIE. They have a handful of small restaurants/kiosks on the property outside which were decent as well.

The location is just right at the entrance of Bangkok hospital. The hotel provides shuttle service to BTS or MRT station. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. There is a rooftop deck where you can get dome fresh air. Fitness centre is available on-site. There is a hotel bar at the front with happy hours promotion. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend this hotel as it is very budget friendly and comfortable stay.

This hotel just a 2-minute walk to Bangkok Hospital. There’s several restaurants around it and shops, even a 7/11. The room is very clean and modern. The hotel has a gym available 24 hrs and self-service laundry. The restaurant was excellent and had local Thai dishes and Western food, with a good Breakfast Buffet. This hotel there is a small Bar and there's live music every Friday night. They also have the small meeting room for support my private conference. The hotel easy access to the city and not far from Suvanabhumi Airport (approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic conditions), free shuttle service from and to Phetchaburi MRT station. Great service and staff are warmly welcome. This hotel is good value for money if compared to other Holiday inn Express in Bangkok.

The rooms here maybe small but the service, quality and functionality these rooms provide are more than necessary for me and my mom as we stayed here for her medical checkup in Bangkok Hospital. There are also promotions which you should totally check out as they provide cheaper price the longer you stay. Totally enjoyed staying here. Also, the free breakfast buffet is just amazing.

Good place for staying if you are visiting Bangkok Hospital. The breakfast is good and reasonable with the price. House service is good. Hotel premises and rooms are clean. Staff of the hotels are very good and helpful. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop garden and 1st floor garden. Highly recommended for short span of time.

I'm staying here because my husband is hospitalized in Bangkok hospital. It's a walking distance to Bkk hospital. They also provide tuk tuk shuttle service to the hospital and some other near places. If you book the hotel with the doctor appointment, it cost only 1200THB. The normal price is 1850 THB. They serve breakfast which includes vegetables, sausage, ham, salad, congee, soup, bread, pastry, eggs, juice and coffee. The staff are really polite, kind and friendly. I love this place.

The location is prime for those who come to the Bangkok Hospital. Not only is the hospital very close, Bangkok Plaza and 711 are on the opposite side of the road.

They also provide a free shuttle service to and from the hospital. They also drop you off to the main road.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming for their treatment at Bangkok Hospital.

Friendly staff, beautifully maintained hotel. They have got a lovely garden and a rooftop to relax after a hectic evening. They also have regular shuttle service to the main road which is thoughtful. It's also just a small walk to the hospital, a good place to stay on a business or medical trip.
