Fantastic location within walking distance of all the best sites in Phetchaburi city! It is on a quiet street, but only a couple of minutes walk to many food and drink stalls as well as a 7/11.

The rooms are large, with huge double beds which are very comfortable! Plenty of storage space and good quality air conditioning. It felt very safe.

The manager was friendly and spoke good English. This is a great quality guesthouse and I would certainly stay here again.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in thailand. Rooms are perfectly clean and nice. With AC, fridge, toiletries.... Staff is incredibly nice. 👌 strong WiFi, can do laundry, coffee and a little breakfast at the morning and in the afternoon you can take a bike and go explore, everything is close from here.

Very clean room with simple modern design in whites and greens. Regular room cleaning. Sort of a simple breakfast included and some soft drinks from the fridge available. Good location: Nakhon Kiri and Wat Khao Bandai It are within a walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. (Only one or two people speak some English though). No problem with leaving your stuff for a few hours after check-out. Parking space available.
The reception and common area could be better organized and comfy, with more tables or sofas. No bar on premises. The hotel doesn't really deserve the "boutique" adjective. Scooter rental would be of great help, as it is super-hard to find reliable transport in Phetchaburi, especialy in the evening and at night.

Good clean accommodation. Nice price. Close to town. Very helpful staff. Can arrange trip to temple caves.

Endroit très calme, personnel super sympa, seul bémol les lits sont un peu trop dur, cela dis tout est à proximité il n'y a pas de bruit ni le matin ni le soir parfait pour faire un petit arrêt, nous sommes reste 4 jours avec ma compagne et c'était très bien !

Ma venue date un peu (2018), mais très bon rapport qualité prix.
Et je confirme la patronne est très spéciale...mais dans le bon sens du terme.
Elle nous a amené gratuitement à la gare routière et elle a fait la leçon au conducteur de bus pour qu'on paie le prix local et non touriste.

Sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Großes Zimmer mit kleinen Selbstbedienungsfrühstück für 550 Baht ist echt unschlagbar. Das Bad ist zwar klein aber selbst mit 1,80 keine Probleme beim Duschen usw. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
