People come to HE Clinic for many, often sensitive reasons of their own. The reason why you come doesn't matter, what matters is that when you come here, you feel welcomed and listened to! The first time I came here the welcoming part instantly gave me a good feeling. I got a small introduction, then was seated in a nice waiting room with a drink, before visiting doctor Chai. When you feel comfortable it makes it easier to talk and with doctor Chai that was certainly the case. After discussing my case a couple solutions were offered with a clear price structure and how everything would come to work. No hidden fees or other nonsense, just clarity and to the point. Toby and his team, doctor Chai and the nurses, thank you all for making things easy. 🙏 For foreigners this is absolutely the place to go. The level of English is top notch and the people are kind and skilled! Best advice for coming here is either BTS (150m) or bike. Very clean and nice looking facility 👍

HE is very clean and organized clinic. I did a CoolSculpting and the customer service i received from the begin to the end was top notch. The stuffs are very professional and friendly; they make you feel at ease. The nurse who took care of me (Mai), she was very informative in what to expect during the treatment and after. James A, one of the people in charge of the clinic was very friendly and professional, he checked on every person entering the clinic to make sure they get the treatment they are seeking or information, and also check on them after the treatment, to get that first initial feedback after the treatment. This shows me how much they care of services they provide to the people walking into their doors.
I would totally recommend HE for anyone who is interested in the treatments they provide.
Also, I hope they can maintain the standards of their treatments and customer service.

I am a regular customer. They are friendly and professional. today i have got my third infusion of the Meyer Cocktail. Right after the first treatment i was having much more energy and was less stressed. The effect was much better then i was expecting. High recommendation. Great team. Easy to reach, because it is close to the BTS Thong Lo.

HE offers a variety of services focusing on men's health (one stop shopping). Website has additional information on services and pricing. Pricing good compared to US. Consultants, nurse and doctor very friendly and professional. Conveniently located close to Thong Lo BTS stop.

Just had my appointment and procedure today. Came in and being welcomed by a wonderful team of professionals, from first contact to end result is amazing. I did the male working tool enhancement and it's even more massive than I expected. Job well done! Next week our meet up and check, I will update my review after the update. But for now 5 FULL stars! I visited the clinic on Oct 27 2020. I was made to feel by the staff that I was in very good hands. Dr Chayut was very knowledgeable and explained everything related to my condition. He was very professional and caring as was the nurse who drew my blood. The blood results were sent to my email within a day or two and were easy to understand. The HE Clinic was not the cheapest quote I got for 1,500 Grafts but I did get quoted up to 200,000 THB by some clinics. The lady who does the treatment was really good and I am glad I ended up choosing HE Clinic. She said she had been working in Paris for many years and I can see she does know what she is doing. It’s only been a couple of weeks but I am looking forward to the result.

I had an informative consultation with the female doctor, and proceeded to have treatment. My impression of the service, facilities and treatments offered was very good.

I had seen many ads for this place around town. I happened to be in the neighborhood and by chance stumbled upon it. Curious I popped in for a look and was able to have a chat with the manager who is from California. Nice guy. He explained it was a mens wellness clinic set up for mens needs with out the worries of specialist who are more suited to womens. At 58 I told him I made it this far with out any plastic surgery and don't know if I will really go down that path. He told me that isn't their only specialty. Diet, mens health and solutions for any stage in ones life with emphasis that it was a men's clinic with focus towards men. Not sure if I will ever use it but nice to know its there. Rating based on convenience to Thonglor BTS, friendliness, cleanliness of the place and the fact that I virtually got a free consultation.
