My God the food here is Good. It smelled so good I just ripped open the thing and Ate (I had takeout) Definitely worthy of your time and money. It's a small place but has a very homey feel. The proprietors are are friendly too. I'm going back for more tomorrow.

The food is great taste. Traditional local style. The place atmosphere like eat at friend house.

A hidden jem (highly recommended by JP friends) homey Japanese eatery in Soi Sukhumvit 81, at the corner next to the Chamber condo, across 7-11. The decoration is a bit simple but staff and manager are very friendly. Delivery box always come with cute smileys and sunflower doddling 🤗 (Himawari means 🌻 in 🇯🇵)

The menu is surprisingly super wide variety 😮😮😮 and available across various local delivery apps. Food is in good portion, presentable and tasty. Price 300-500 on average for 1 (set+drink) and definitely worth trying.

Will be a mistake to miss out if simply because its simple decoration! Have free wifi too.

Your neighborhood Japanese kitchen. A good variety of menu from sashimi, chicken kara-age, teriyaki, tonkatsu, to udon. Nice and cold draft beer too!

This is a very nice gem of a place if you love Japanese food. A short walk from the On Nut station. Staff are very nice and the food is delicious and fresh. Their Ramen is okay but I think they're more of a seafood restaurant so you'll see many delicious seafood dishes.

Glad to have discovered this place after having lived around the area for six years. Himawari, together with Kinjo and Sushi Hana are the three best Japanese restaurant in the whole Prakanong-Onnut-Udomsuk-Bangna area. Himawari though, is probably the best for you money; you can get a set meal (+50 thb) from an ala carte and you get a rice bowl, 6 small sides, and a miso soup. Great place.

I've never been to Japan so I can't attest to the authenticity but it was delicious and quite well presented. The owner is also jolly. Don't let the sobre interior fool you, this is a good restaurant
