I went last night as a solo tourist. They were so inviting and looked after me during my meal.

They explained the food to me, and ensured I was happy with the hotness of the food.

The staff were all fabulous.

The food was the best I've had for a long time.

And reasonably priced too.

This is a place where you need to book in advance and make sure to get the right space as it is normally full.

Food is award winning and we saw why. We had an assortment of food and the crab cakes where especially amazing.

Make sure to ask for recommendations.

Make sure call to go before hand especially if go with large group of people. Table-booking system is quite out-fashion while the restaurant is too popular amongst tourists, so several staffs were spending time in handling real/fake reservation claim as well as complains instead. However, the ambiance and decor is quiet and beautiful, the staffs are polite and efficient, the food tastes great with exquisite plating.

Local uses fresh ingredients from different parts of Thailand and takes you on a culinary journey. Chef was skilled in executing many different cooking techniques including dry aged fish, charcoal grilling, frying etc. High light was the red curry beef cheek. The chunk of meat holds its integrity but was tender in texture.

Two areas for improvement:
1. The gill in the soft shell crab dish was not taken out. Chef addressed it promptly.
2. All the main dishes were brought out all at once for me, a single diner. Many dishes turned cold when I got to them. Meal could be more properly paced.

A Thai restaurant in adjoining bungalow houses. The ambience is the wow factor in this restaurant. Many people were having their dinner when we visited on 03 Feb 2024.

Quality of food is above average. Best dish was the deep fried pork.

This was a recommendation from a friend and I am so incredibly glad I went.

The food was absolutely incredible - i had a Massaman curry and it blew my mind. I particularly loved that rice was served from a basket.

The service was so lovely: friendly, efficient and with recommendations when we were indecisive.

The decor is lush too. It’s not too expensive if you don’t buy a million dishes to “try everything” haha.

Now added to my favorite restaurant list in Bangkok!!! Love this place :) excellent food, service and the ambiance is perfect. Doesn’t hurt that it’s recognized as a Michelin restaurant either ;) Highly recommend to book in advance! I had a romantic dinner here with my partner and we had a lovely time dining outside. There’s some areas inside that are like museum exhibits which is quite interesting, I love the indoor/ outdoor traditional wood home concept and how there is choice of rice options (white or brown rice) as well as the fact that they source from sustainable local fisheries. Thank you for the experience 🙏

Try the lotus flower with chili (no shrimp for me). Can't go wrong with the vegetarian dishes.

Dare I say the best curry I’ve had in Bangkok!!
Do book in advance. Their yellow curry fish was mind blowing served with raw vegetables and organic leaves on the side. The honey lime ice tea is a musttttttt!!!!!!!! Friendly staff and ample seating space

Some dishes are excellent, but a few dishes are normal, out of expectation. The staff are very friendly, everyone is greeting with you. The cost is not sky high, which is very good, they should keep this way, not like another michelin Restaurant I tried booking, cost a few thousand.

Great food with non spicy options! My favourites were the pomelo salad and the appetizer with flower petals (see photo, I can't remember the name - but had a very unique flavour!). The drinks/cocktails weren't the best I've had but it's all right.

One of the main reasons that we spend some time in Bangkok.

We booked a table for 5 pax at 6 PM and we already prepared a 1 hours drive with a spare times in case of traffic, but sadly we got stuck in traffic for more than 30 minutes.

The receptionist calmly told us that they kept our table available for us. Such a great service.

We order several dishes from appetizers to mains.
What amazes me is the ingredients that they used is really fresh and all the dishes got a multi layer of fragrant and great aroma which enhances the dishes. This makes us really happy.

Before going back to our hotel, we asked the staff to take some pictures of us and they are pleased to help us.

A super must try place that comes with authetic thai food, very high-class in presentation and taste as well. A must order curry crab and tomyum goong! Price is on the high side but worth it.

The place was fully packed but we had outside seating. The food came quickly. We ordered giant river prawn and the appetiser combo. Everything was great! The dessert mango sticky rice was perfect.

We walked into this quaint looking restaurant (after making reservations of course), we cannot thank our hotel concierge enough for recommending us this place. The experience from start to finish was ‘Outstanding’. The staff was extremely welcoming and courteous, the ambience felt like an invitation to someone’s gorgeous home. And the food … unbelievably delicious. Every single item we ordered, we wanted seconds. The best ever was the Fish in spicy yellow curry with orange leaves and coconut milk. The Pomelo salad was so good we ordered seconds. The other curries and appetizers we ordered were brilliant too! Highly recommend this little sparkling jewel of a restaurant tucked away in a tiny by lane of Sukhumvit.

I’ve been travelling for the past two days. so I ordered to go and I was humbled enough to learn that I’ve Never had food that is cooked with this amount of love and creativity in all my 30 years of living. I’m speechless. it’s a life goal of mine now to tell and bring everyone I know to this place. What you do is beyond talent because the flavours of each and every single item exploded in my mouth and I felt this excitement and happiness like I’ve had eaten something that’s been forbidden for thousands of years. This has been a life changing meal for me. I will 10000000% come to dine in again and say thank you in person. Thank you for pouring so much passion and love into your dishes ❤

Best Thai food we had during our trip hands down! From the moment you get there and the vibe that has been set in the restaurant, you already know you are in for a treat! the staff are super sweet and helpful and the menu is divine! it'll have you wondering what to actually get because everything looks amazing!

We got the appetizer platter so that we could try a bunch of things and it was delicious! best decision. We also got the yellow fish curry & panang curry in the coconut! Absolutely delicious. the rice is served in a basket sort of thing which was cool! Refillable how many ever times you like.

We were not able to taste their cocktails but their cocktail menu looked amazing and super innovative.

Must must must try! It will not disappoint! :)

PS- might be on the pricier end for Thailand standards but totally worth it.

The food here was divine!

The appetiser platter was really fun- beware the spicy flower 😂 as for mains, they were really good, no one could wait for pics. Highly recommend the beef and crab noodle thing!

Absolutely worth it! Make sure you make reservations and it’s not difficult to get in the same day but call in advance and you should be fine.

The dishes were very authentic and the service was impeccable. I will come back on my next visit to Bangkok.

Warning: even if you think you eat very spicy. If the dish is marked as spicy on the menu then order it “as-is” otherwise you won’t be able to handle it. I’d mark as spicy it is very very spicy.

Cocktails were just okay.

Nice foods, nice environment. I walked in without reservation thus I only have a choice for outdoor seat and considering lucky because of a lot of people visiting the restaurant. Advise for booking for better seat and environment.
