We have added an authorized signature since the first quarter of 2023, turns out that they haven't done it for us til now (23/1/2024). The staff who taking care of us is Ms.Rawisa Tanjiang, told us that she FORGET.

The staff have NEVER EVER picked up the phone, when you need a help do not expect that from them. The worst customer service bank ever.

Horrible service.
Branch staff are emphatic and really try to help but do recommend the wrong product.
While the Chinese call center staff is very very poor. ICBC is very slow to process transactions at night so I call them to confirm the transfer, but the staff did not even bother to check and blame the other end without checking with ICBC system. Very very poorly trained and poor service mindset.
