Bangkok Bank, Exchange Tower Branch

Fast and precise work. Sometimes, it is crowded because of its important location on Sukhumvit road.

Went there to open an account, queue was less than 5 minutes and account opened in about 30 minutes. Overall quite a good experience 🌝

Highly recommended, helpful staffs with opening an account for expats in Bangkok. Security staff is very polite and helpful too

Fantastic experience both for opening a bank account and to get the Foreign Exchange Transfer document.

สาขานี้ไม่กกว้างขวางมากเหมือนสาขาอื่นแต่ก็สะดวกสบายมีหลายหลายธนาคารตั้งอยู่ใกล้ใกล้กันมาทีเดียวสามารถติดต่อธนาคารอื่นอีกได้ถึงสามธนาคารสะดวกสบายมากๆ

小さな支店です。
カウンターの女性も比較的丁寧に対応して頂きました。
出来れば土曜日も開けて欲しい。

Do not come her on the last Friday of the month. I have been in the queue for 1hr 25 and atill have 2 in front of me

Unpleasant and unhelpful staff. The staff at desk 6 was taking personal phone calls while a line of people were waiting. Badly managed branch, closed my account here and opened with a different bank.

Complete desgrace!
Requested a simple bank transfer, statement had to wait 2 weeks for it after spending hours there requesting it. Also after I point out I had a deadline which was very important.

At Kasikorn bank I requested the very same and waited 30 minutes for it !

Complete anarchy this branch, also the Bangkok bank system itself it’s a mess. Policy guidelines are a joke.

Will close this account and work only with knack from now on.

There are more employees than customers, but there are many employees who do not work and just play and eat. Increase work efficiency.
