Grandma is the best! If I have to rate the food from 0 to 10 she would get 15! And the view is beautiful. If you are here this is a must to visit. Since I really love spicy food before we left she gave us small bag full of thai chily and now we eat it with every meal remembering grandma. Thank you grandma for everything, you made our stay there 10 times better.

They got amazing view from the restaurant and their tents!

They grow coffee beans and tea. They cook you food, make you coffee...
The family that owns this, Lee, is extremely helpful and friendly.
Mr lee is one of the many 2nd generations of the lost army of KMT that had to resort to nomadic life without a home for many years, crossing between china, laos, burma...
His father gave his life fighting for the Thai government in the end to get thai citizenship after the war.

The price of a tent in the off season is about $1000 Baht, high season is about $1900 Baht. Each tent has its own bathroom right next to it. There is a comfy mattress inside the tent and a flat form to eat breakfast right outside the tent.

I would totally come back to see mr lee and his family again if i have the chance.

Had a dish with black chicken there, and my partner a spicy salad with vienamese sausage. Both were utterly delicious, the view is stunning. The service was exclusive, because we were the only customers at that time. Highly recommended. Kitchen with a soul!

We almost missed our dinner during the trip in the rain season. We get to Pha tang in the evening and was raining all trip. when everyone is closing the restaurants Grand ma and her daughter run to open restaurants for us and saving our day. We stay in Phatang for 3 days and we have breakfast, lunch, dinner with grandma every meal. She such a good taking care of all costumer. Food was clean and organics. She knows that my boyfriend like spicy and before we left she gave us chilli from her garden to my boyfriend as a gift. Such a great experience we have and the best memories ❤ I definitely strongly recommend this place and will visit agian.

เจ้าของร้านดูแลดีมาก เป็นกันเอง ตอนไปทานโทรศัพท์แบตหมด เจ้าของร้านไปหาสายมาให้ชาร์จ และอนุญาตให้เปิดเพลงจากบลูทูธฟังในร้านด้วย อาหารรสชาติดี แต่จานใหญ่ไปคนเดียวทานไม่หมด สั่งมา3อย่าง
