good location, clean rooms. the ones on top cheaper as there is no elevator. good value and quiet, short distance to the temples atop the hills. rooms have a/c, fridge, tv and balcony.

Modern budget rooms in a centric location next to the Phetchaburi bus terminal - each room has its own spacious balcony with chairs and table, to sit and enjoy the view of Phra Nakhon Khiri, the famous historical mountaintop palace. Very recommendable!
