Value for money; specially if you're working at Calcomp as the apartment is situated in front of factory. it’ll took 4 minute of walk, hence, u don’t need motorcycle/ car to get into work.

Room is clean, big and the bed is comfy... Spacious parking space. Most of all, Landlord are friendly & accommodating.

Quiet &comfy place to live. Good service. Value the money. New and clean room, comfortable bed, convenient to travel on the road, fast and free internet. The service staff is good, worth the suggestion.
