Spending the majority of my working week here (Monday to Friday) its probably a good thing I like it here.

Has all the amenities needed in the general working environment (various banks, convenience store, dry cleaning, florist etc) that makes fitting in everyday life and tasks around the working week convenient and hassle free.

Building C on the 4th and 5th floor there are two decent eating/cafeteria areas with a large selection (if not outstanding) but at least inexpensive and tasty food available from morning till late afternoon. And on a fairly regular basis they have a mini indoor market on the second floor of the same building with general knick knacks on sale but out of the heat.

Unlike many other office complexes there is a generous amount of parking in the car park buildings but whatever you do don't forget to get your parking validated before leaving as it can be expensive otherwise.

One note of caution I don't know why it is specifically every Friday, but the traffic gets horrific around going home time and you can feel like your stuck on an island.

If you have meetings here on Friday I would try and ensure getting out before 1600, otherwise you're in for the long haul as you try and make your escape. Otherwise avoid driving and use taxis or motorbike taxis to get you to the close by underground or BTS at Mo Chit which can quickly get you into central Bangkok.
