Very well organized, good equipment, knowledgeable vet team (university grads and teachers), clean and convenient.

They provide you with a trolley to put your pet in (I have a 25kg dog), so it’s very helpful maneuvering from place to place. Less stress for the pet too (no dragging or distraction).

Price is affordable compared to private clinics. It’s a bit of a time spent queuing there but totally worth it.

It’s better to go in pair + pet, as they don’t allow pet in the human toilet. And there’s a delicious and cheap cafeteria on the 2nd floor of the next building. You can take turn to go for lunch while keeping your pet company.

Very efficient system and smooth operating. Yes, you will wait but the queue is very respected and orderly so it’s not too bad. Plus, once you’re established you are able to make appointments and the queueing is no longer an issue. My Thai language is very limited but I was still able to receive information and treatment fairly easily. If your pet has ultrasound be prepared to help hold them down. Price is good. Doctors, nurses, and all staff are great. Everyone is very nice. Bring snacks! 🐾

Biggest animal hospital in Thailand. Nice clean tidy representative, complete with MRI, scan and Rehab center.

I'm BEYOND GRATEFUL with the service we're getting at Kasetart Veterinary Hospital. I cannot speak Thai but Vets and students take the time to translate everything for me. My dog is being super well looked after! I cannot be happier on how fast they acted and they're always telling the best options. I highly recommend it 💗

You can't get better treatment.
Unless its an emergency (ho to Emergency Room round the back) the initial registration process can be a bit difficult if your thai is limited but once your past the first post the Dr's and staff are knowledgeable, have great manner with all the best equipment (CT, MRI etc.) full surgical teams for all types of operations / procedures.

Excellent vets, very well equipped and reasonably priced. Queues are long so expect to spend the entire day there, especially if it's your first time. Recommend bringing your own stroller as there usually aren't enough from the hospital to go around.

If it's your first time, you cannot call to make an appointment. You have to come early in the morning, around 6:00-6:30 am to register, get your ID card or passport photocopied and get a queue number. Ask one of the assistants/staff there for assistance if you're new. They will start having you queue up around 7:00-7:30. Once you're registered then you'll have to wait until all the patients who have appointments have been treated first before the vets get to you. Sometimes you can get called in as early as 11:00, sometimes as late as 14:00. They do take a lunch break between 12:00-13:00.

There is a cafeteria, a supermarket and a restaurant in the next door building (hospital parking building).

Best pet hospital. Good vet with all medical equipment needed for the diagnosis. Highly recommended.

This hospital is more reliable than manynothwrs in Thailand. Though I couldn't sau that all doctors are the best, you may reach out to the specific clinic upstairs to receive the best consult. Anyway, all the doctors and staff are really nice and friendly. And they keep adjusting their services and systems to make it more convenient for all the pets.

We went to the Exotic Pet clinic to get our little blue bird for a cure after he was accidentlly bitten by a big bad mouse.

In my opinion, here is like the government hospital with the best doctors and with the most reasonable price. But it is always crowded and the wait is unbearable.

If you don't have an appointment with the doctor (walk in), try to avoid going there on weekends unless it's emergency because you have to wait for many hours and this will upset both of you and your pets. If you have to, you must go early before 8.00 AM to get the queue ticket.

The best animal hospital you can go to. I have operate my dog in stomack. Have stay at hospital for 7 day,s in the moment. Everything be well so fare. My best freind dog(name Torro) and also my wife end i be taken good care of. Got everyday photo update in the morning. Visst my dog in afternoon at hospital. First get total update from animal doctorand got anser of your questions. Than you could visst your freind.

I wish to leave a wonderful review about this hospital. My cat who is 8 years old, has feared the hospital since her last visit to another hospital. She went crazy and scratched and bit the doctor at the other hospital. We dreaded taking her to hospital again because we thought she would do the same, but they were so gentle and so loving that she was so relaxed and they drew blood with ease and shaved her belly. So thank you Kasetsart University animal hospital for your loving work towards all animals.
