V20 Boutique Hotel

Staff and owners here were always happy to go above and beyond to help you during your stay, the front desk is always smiling and knowledgeable, the breakfast was always good, with plenty of options, the rooms were well cleaned and privacy well respected. The facilities in the hotel had everything you could ever really ask for with gym, sauna, steam room, big bath and jacuzzi rooms as well as suites available. They even have their own sizeable fish tank/aquarium which adds to the cool ambience of this very funky boutique hotel. To add to that they even offer a free shuttle for their guests to the MRT/BTS link at Ladprao, the main public transport artery, allowing you to navigate Bangkok with ease and at little expense, which means you can enjoy the location of the hotel, in a really nice quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of not 1 but 2 7elevens and the accompanying food stalls and snack vendors. Would definitely stay again... hopefully soon!.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. They have a gym, sauna, steam room, pool and a bar. The mojitos are yummy, and so is their free breakfast where they had a lot to choose from. The rest of their food isn’t my favorite so I walked around to find some really good places, there’s a food center close by and a really great walkable restaurant open late. The room is mad comfortable, I’ve never slept on softer pillows in my life. I had the jacuzzi room and it was wonderful to soak in, they sell bathbombs at the front desk but they’re not very fizzy so I just used their complementary body wash. You get free water and a mini fridge, but if you don’t get ur room made up you don’t get the water bottles. The room itself is very spacious, I had a lovely time at V20 boutique.

I had a fantastic experience at v20 Boutique Hotel in Bangkok. The room and the hotel were excellent – very clean and quiet. The amenities were great, and the service was superb. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary shuttle service was a nice touch. The pool was outstanding, and overall, the hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness. The room's amenities were excellent, with new and very comfortable furniture, making the stay truly enjoyable.

Very good bed pillows bathroom and strong ac. Daily housekeeping. Very unique family hotel with good service. I enjoyed the nice pool every day.
They play insipid background music very loudly during breakfast and at the pool. I asked to turn it off which was done temporarily but soon it returned again.
Location is a bit out of the way but they offer a free car ride to the MRT station about 2km away where there's also a mall with food court and a few bars. There's a 7/11 within walking distance. Its about 45 minutes in traffic from Don Mueng airport.

It was my first time here with my sister and we arrived around 9 pm. They served us welcome drinks and the person in charge at the front desk spoke good English. So, it was awesome. One of the employees who helped us with our bags also can speak multi-language. It's very comfortable for us. Our room was nice and had adequate facilities. It's just that they already fixed the air-conditioning in the room to only 22 degrees. We couldn't change it as explained to us when i rang the front desk at night. We booked this place without breakfast but fret not, if you wish to order, they can take orders anytime. There was a nearby 7/11 as well. It was within walking distance but I prefer to use the bicycle there. The bicycle was free and you just needed to go to the counter to get the key. There were good facilities there but we weren't able to try due to our short duration stay. I might come back to the place soon. If you wish to go to the nearest MRT station, this hotel provides a free shuttle from 8 am to 8 pm. This was so convenient! I personally wanna thank the man on duty who helped me reserve a restaurant for us as the place needed reservation in advance and we don't speak Thai. So, thanks so much, Sir for your help. The location might be a lil tricky to find and far from big roads but I really love my stay here. Thank you 😊

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Bangkok! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to all my needs with a smile. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok!

My partner and I stayed three nights in the deluxe jacuzzi suite and what an experience. Thom (the site manager) was very helpful in providing tips on places to visit and things to do while in the city. We were here during songkran so it was quite busy, but the hotel still feels very relaxed. The hotel isn't too far from the MTR or BTS but if you are averse to walking the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to Prahon Yothin station and then transport into the city proper is easy.
We will definitely visit here again.

Great service! We really enjoyed the facilities (great pool, shuttle to the main BTS and MRT stations around, delicious pizza in the in-house restaurant, very comfortable bed and pillows, silent AC and of course, the jacuzzi on the balcony).
We noticed they were doing some maintenance work in the hotel, which is great.
It is true that it is far from the center, but you are aware of this when you book it and their shuttle service helps in this sense. Anyway, a Grab ride is not expensive.
The staff were very accommodating and helpful, overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

Wonderful place to stay in the residential area of Bangkok.

Rooms are spacious. Clean and comfortable.

I love the jacuzzi on the balcony and a good size swimming pool. They have a steam, sauna and fitness room with some equipment.

Breakfast are really good:

buffet style with Western and Asian food, fresh fruits, coffee and tea + meal from the menu. They have vegetarian options.

What's important is that I felt really safe as a solo female traveler.

A big plus is that they have the lift in the building, I travel with a massive suitcase.

Free shuffle car every hour to the Chatuchak Market, BTS, bus station. How cool is that?

5 minutes walk is Jinda Market with some food, drinks, ATM, 7 Eleven and Thai Massage place (massage open until 9 pm, one lady speaks good English).

Lovely place. Unfortunately I didn't get to explore much as I was just staying there for a night before leaving for Pattaya. Friendly staff who accommodated my late check in (3am due to flight delay). The boss was very helpful and even gave us a lift to the bus terminal the next morning. Pity I forgot to ask for his name. Definitely a place I would like to stay when I visit Bangkok again!

Amazing hottel with very comfy beds, ok breakfast and sauna and great, big pool. Really enjoyed my stay here and staff is also very friendly!

I stayed here for 4 nights and I have to say it's probably the best room I've ever stayed in (globally). From the outside the hotel doesn't seem like much because it's located in a small back road but the inside will surprise you. There is a games room with a billiard table, some retro arcade machines and some massage chairs, an amazing swimming pool with tropical plants around creating a really tranquil vibe. and also if you prefer to stay in a quieter neighborhood away from the noise of the city this place is ideal. On the road outside you have street vendors in the daytime selling amazing Thai street food and a 7-eleven 2 minutes away by walking. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the main road where you can easily find taxis, or just ask the hotel they have a smooth shuttle service which will bring you a taxi and take you wherever you want to go, I never had to wait more than 4 minutes. I chose the aquarium room which is definitely worth the money, it's truly an amazing experience to stay in that room. and when I come back I will stay there again without doubt.

Very nice staff. Nice swimming-pool and spacious room (very good shower). We stayed only one night so we didn't have time to use the sauna. The steam room is a bit surprising (concrete-based). Useful shuttle service and good tips from the staff. Good drinks. Some equipments look maybe a bit old but with such a nice, welcoming staff (very good English), it doesn't count anymore :)

Having an amazing stay here nice room so comfortable and very enjoy with a huge aquarium and pool. Staff very friendly and giving an excellent service all the time. Too sad I dont have a chance to try their pizza. Will stay here again for sure on my next trip to Bangkok and will not miss to try their pizza this time

It’s a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. They got a Gym Sauna Steam a wood fire oven for pizza. It’s very nicely done. The bed was comfy and the TV was smart. The staff is very accommodating. They really go out of their way for you.

Clean rooms and great hospitality from the staff. Location is not the best but reasonable for the price point, and this is also compensated by their free shuttle/transport out to the main roads/malls/BTS.

It’s a bit off location wise. However the room is tidy and nice, air condition works well. Toilet clean, bed are soft and pillows as well.

There was a man working in the staff, who was super super nice. We have late flight and he immediately suggested multiple solutions to us, rent another night for same price, free shower room, place bags in storage room, 1 extra hour checkout. Felt nice to be treated this way, considering our bad experiences in Phuket’s hotels.
