Good location as it's walking distance to both bts and metro stops . The only issue I had is there are only 3 lounge chairs for the swimming pool, so someone definitely didn't think about making more room, so the pool is nice but no one really uses it because there isn't really anywhere to relax.

Great place to stay, definitely recommended. Extremely clean (!!!), both apartments and the common area. Great swimming pool and well prepared gym. They even have a Spa (reasonably priced) and small restaurant with great coffee. The apartments do have microwaves, sink and kettle. The air con is working efficiently. The small bottles of water, coffee and tea are delivered on daily basis, if you want the cleaning - there is not a problem too. You can use laundry mischines or get filtered water on the ground floor.The hotel is situated in a walking distance to malls (incl. Big C, Tops and Lotus Supermarkets), cheap eateries (especially food courts in the malls where you can grab a delicious dinner for 60 thb), BTS and - what is crucial!- great park Chatuchak. It is really huge, beautiful. You can even meet great lizards there or see blooming sunflowers :)

Nice clean room and toilets that also smelt clean most importantly when we checked in! Had a kitchenette with electric kettle/ microwave plus mugs/glasses/ bowls/ cutlery, a living room area with a decent sized tv and a coffee table, dining table set and a pretty big fridge. Cabinet has a few hangers for you to hang your clothes and they provide hairdryer too.

Front desk staff/owner(?) was friendly. The decent sized pool is nice, has a sitting area for you to chill in the pool with lounge chairs out of the pool too in one corner. There is also a gym next to the pool plus they have a massage place on the 2nd floor. Staff emptied our trash and left us 2 bottles of water every day, also gave us more soap/tissue when we were running low.

It is walking distance from Union Mall/ Union Hall and has an MRT station nearby which is convenient and an easy way to cross the road to get to Union Malk from underground. This place is in a quiet residential area. There are 7-11’s within walking distance (right opposite Union Mall). It is also a walkable distance from Central Ladprao mall using the MRT underground exits plus overhead pedestrian walkways.

Really nice room, very clean and good views. Bit far from there touristy areas but you can walk to the metro station (approx 15 mins) or take a grab.

Great hotel, reasonable price, I was staying for 9 days. Staff is helpful, helped me to print E-Visa for Vietnam and cafe staff is also very nice.

Location is great, nearby by metro and BTS, takes around an hour to get to Khaosan or Siam Plaza.

Basic rooms but clean and great location. Metro 10 min walk can get you anywhere. Groceries right down the street. Stayed a week, I enjoyed it

Excellent, really clean and comfortable economy hotel. Proper fitted gym, pool is actually a little better than it appears in the photos. They serve cheap Thai dishes and coffee (60 baht or so) at the cafe-restaurant in the lobby. Massage on site. Staff were nice and seems to be a family business.

It's clean, has its own cafe, and breakfast, and a decent pool.

Rooms and service are good. Food at the hotel restaurant was reasonably price and yummy. Good value only thing is the hotel is kinda in the alley.

Location was handy. Quiet and peaceful. Pool was stunning. Gym was well equipped. Staff super friendly. Many hidden cafes, bars and restaurants close by.

The host and staff couldn't do enough for you. If it's your first experience in thailand, then this is the place..

Great little place. A little hidden away ut nice spacious rooms good wifi air con hot water. Little coffee shop on ground dfloor plus lots of little places to eat about 20 minute's walk most of them are hidden too

Excellent place, very well run. Nice owner who's had plenty of hospitality experience working for Disney in US. Can't believe the facilities here...pool, gym with new equipment, on site cafe with a full menu at very good prices and a massage service on level 2 that was excellent. Great staff, wonderful value. A 5-10 minute walk to both MRT and BTS, Union Mall and Central Plaza with just a few stops down the line into Sukhumvit yet very quiet just off the busy streets. Great little neighborhood eateries, be sure to check out Pathe, Apfel and the Ratt Cafe. Big C supermarket a 5 minute walk and Chatuchuk Park is about 15 minute walk away, great spot for a walk early in the morning. Stayed a month and we'll definitely return. Only downside is internet can be patchy but I know he's working on this.

Booked thru Airbnb. Easy to check in and there are some staff that can speak English well. Extended for another night and it was smooth too. The rooms are clean and got no problems. The elevator is working well so its easy of you got heavy suitcase with you. There's pool and gym which is nice. The location is very quiet if you wanna get away with the hustle and bustle of BKK. Near Chatuchak market and some malls.

I have stayed at building B (for long term rentals) excellent value for money, good swimming pool. A good selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance and yet the hotel is still quiet.

SUPER sweet and kind staff. The manager was very friendly to me unlike mentioned in other reviews. Clean apartments, daily room service, lovely pool, good facilities, gym. Quiet neighborhood. I was so sad when I had to leave..... I'll be back for sure

Had a great stay at this hotel. Early check in was possible and there is car parking on site. A pool and gym area is right next to the coffeeshop / restaurant. The room was clean and spacious.

Very good deal. The pool is Great. Long enough for laps and extra levels just to sit around and cool off. Staff very nice. Room clean.

Wonderful stay - beautiful and clean room, friendly staff with great English. Great price, very safe with staff on gate 24/7, close to MRT and malls/food courts, many 7/11 nearby. Would absolutely stay again, the swimming pool is divine!

This place was really amazing the room is incredible no buts with it. The swimming pool is great you can swim and training your styles. Also you have a gym to train yourself in the mornings or evenings whenever you want it. But the most important is the personel they are quite attentive with you and helpful when you need something, one of them is really funny because he knows some spanish words and he likes practices with you and he makes laugh your head off. It's luxury 100 percent. If I go to Bangkok again I'll be there
